So far a terrible experience, I paid for a monthly pass and was only given 15 days worth!! Total rip off, I called to complain with customer relations but no luck there, no refund or fixing dates on my ticket. On top of that the staff here are rude, will pick and choose when to follow their own rules, bully the homeless constantly and elderly, there’s also the Amtrak “police” there’s a older male officer that discriminated me due to having a work outfit on? Said I need to take it off and that I look suspicious because I was wearing a face mask?! Threatening me that I won’t be able to ride the train if I don’t take off uniform? Extreme power trip and shouldn’t be getting this treatment when I’m an ACTIVE monthly pass holder that’s always on the Amtrak. Completely outrageous! If I could give zero stars I would!

Excellent customer Service by almost every employee. They were super helpful to me with luggage etc. From San Fran to Corcoran. Saw them help everyone. Not all smiles but helpful. I really enjoyed the ride.

Worse service ever! They forgot my luggage in LA . So before I go back the next day to pick it up I tried calling to confirm it's there, the number they give me is disconnected. I call a second time to get a good number they say that's the only number they have. So of course I'm mad now and I ask what I'm supposed to do and they say if I want to complain I can go online to make my complaint. This is BS! Not only do they leave my luggage but now there is no firm of communication!

I've had great experiences with this depot, although I've been through some long delayed days on this AMTRAK route. My biggest complaint is that they don't allow my emotional support dog on the train with me. I can fly with him and eat with him, but can't bring him with me to Vegas on the bus/train. I was buying the ticket and was lucky I said something or I would have shown up with my bags and dog with nowhere to go.

Price is ok, if you don't mind being told multiple times for multiple reasons why your train is delayed. Now on the 4th delay notification, debating about getting a refund and driving to Santa Barbara. Feel as if staff is lying about the reasons for the delays, IF get any communication at all.
