This hotel recently had a major renovation. Their rooms are small and have outdated televisions.
We were fraudulently charged an extra $250.00 for smoking in the room.
Upon contacting the manager to contest the fraudulent charge, we were told that I had left a half of my cigarette.
We never smoked in the hotel but apparently the need to pay for their half ass renovation is more important than customer service.
I would recommend saying somewhere else.

Due to the Thompson fire, we were displaced for a few days and stayed here for 3 nights. The room, the complimentary breakfast, and the location were the highlights. Room was like a mini suite, equipped with mini fridge, microwave, and wet bar. Breakfast had both hot and cold options, and the location was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Interactions with staff was always pleasant. Great place!

The room was beautiful and the location was great for our need. Breakfast was overall pretty good and changed a little each day. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here. Only 2 negatives were a few (dead) roaches we found in our room and the roosters crowing outside which woke us up each morning. Would absolutely stay here again though.

Chickens were entertaining. Nevertheless, be prepared for early morning wake up call from the resident roosters!

We stayed two nights .. first morning we were not aware of 4:30 am alarms..?

So that was strange...

The next morning we were prepared...

Chickens were fun to watch. We love chickens. But if you are annoyed by chickens, this would not be the place to stay, even though it's a lovey and well maintained hotel.

Dont waste your time doing anything over the phone. I told them i wouldnt be in until late in the morning and guess what they said no problem we will check you in, then the next morning I'm being informed they cancelled my reservation for a no show even though i called in advance and spoke to the employee on shift the night before and was assured that they would check me in and hold a room for me.
General manager was not available to assist. So I got screwed on it because the employee lied to me. I was in town and heading to work first and could have easily stopped and checked in first, but most hotels will hold the room till morning for you if you ask.
This one DOES NOT. Show up before midnight or lose your entire room even if you talk to them in advance.

Just stayed for one night. While the rooms are beautiful the complentry breakfast rush is a mess! People standing around the waffle bar forever making multiple waffles for themselves knowing there are people in a line behind them. Food containers left open to get cold and everything ran through like it's a buffet. Next time I'll skip the complentry breakfast.

Roosters making noise all night and morning. I asked if there was anything they could do at check out. Management told me to request one of the new wings next time since they are harder to hear from those wings. There won’t be a next time.

My friend, her young kids and I stayed 1 night enroute home from a weekend adventure. We were greeted graciously and happily by Candice at the front desk, after which we enjoyed the pool and then hanging in a spacious and clean room. Location is n/a because it’s just where it is, but the service, decor and cleanliness surpass many 3 star hotels I have stayed at in more metropolitan areas. Yes we heard a few roosters crowing. It was simply charming.
