Clean room, large king suite is great. Queen double seemed small but perfect set up when adjoining rooms! Staff is very helpful and kind! Great breakfast!

Seemed clean, but room smelled awful. Not sure if it was the carpet or dirty ac filter or Bed directly faced the window, which didn't have adequate covering to filter out all the light. Our floor was quiet. Breakfast was good and decent variety. Overall, a typical hotel stay.

I enjoyed my short stay here. The rooms were spacious with a super comfy bed. I immediately fell asleep once my head touched the pillow. My favorite thing about the stay was the location of the hotel. There are tons of restaurants all around it, plus a Wawa.

We stayed here because we were in the area to visit Jacksonville National Cemetery (30 miles away) and to go to the Jacksonville Naval Air Station Commissary (3 miles away) The hotel seems to have been updated recently as everything was fresh and newish. The room was clean and decently appointed with mini fridge, microwave, decent flat screen tv with premium cable, and plenty of outlets for charging devices for at least 3-4 people to charge simultaneously. We liked the nonslip tub/shower combo with grab bar, as we are not getting any younger. Higher toilet a big plus too. Plenty of towels provided, along with wall mounted toiletries. This is in a VERY busy area and you will hear traffic noise!!!! Behind the hotel is Hwy 295 ad in front of it is US Hwy 17. Both are 6-8 lane roads!!! But on the other hand there is the convenience of several eateries in East walking distance including Cracker Barrel, Waffle House and Krystal. Breakfast is included daily and is adequate. The clerk was helpful and friendly as informed us of it. We would probably stay again…. Only thing that REALLY needs improvement is room darkening at night. The shade covering the window was wholly inadequate and the room was way too light at night!!! The outside spotlights shone right thru cruddy shade and it looked like a billboard at night! Much too light in the room, was like having a 10 foot by 10 food light bulb illuminated even at 3 am! . Fix that it would be a much improved stay.

While I did not stay here, we live close. My daughter accidentally got our address wrong and had a package sent to Hampton Hotel. Now this was Dec 16th when it got delivered. Finally I did some digging and found that it was shipped to Hampton. Today, I called to inquire if they had received it, and they did, and they still had it! I am so grateful. Everyone was so polite and understanding. Thank you to Hampton 🙂

This is sadly not one of the good Hampton Inns. My room was filthy upon check-in, had to move rooms because of the roaches in one room only to find roaches in the room they moved me to. Avoid room 510 & 412. The complimentary breakfast was always burned beyond being edible. The staff doesn’t seem to be bothered or care by any of this.

Just wanted to share a great experience that i had with your employee named Tomeka Davis at the front desk. I booked several rooms for employees and upon arrival it was determined that my CC had been compromised and was not able to be charged. Tomeka was instrumental in helping secure CC authorizations from other staff members for me and kept in contact with me directly as the guests were checking in. She was amazing to work with. She said many times that it was no problem and all and that she was there to help. Employees like this should be recognized and appreciated because its not everywhere you get this type of customer service these days. This has an impact on my decision to continue to stay and book my employees at this location..

Idk what's going on here but the rooms, hallways , elevator smell disgusting. Literally my room smelled like old rotten mustard mixed with some mildew. The hallway smelled of sewage. Handicap room the bed is 4.5 ft off the floor (makes sense right). no hot coffee at check in nor at my early wakeup. What am I paying for here considering it's almost $200 for the night. This place is a complete waste of money. Wouldn't recommend staying here to my worst enemy. 4.2 google rating is a complete lie. Hamptons in Jax area, (3rd one) are all the same, they suck is the easiest way to say it. Hilton honors doesn't mean squat at this place, wasn't given bottles of water, the list just goes on. Do not believe the high rated reviews. This place needs help, lots of it.

So now checking out early the bill over $222 but booked at $175 on Hilton honors, buyers be aware of this scamming garbage heap smelling place.
