I've stayed at this property tons of times!! My kids love the pool area and they also have a jacuzzi. As a Diamond member..I have always been awarded complimentary upgrades unless not available. Rico Rhonda and Ryan show the best customer appreciation every stay. Always accomodating me with NO HESITATION!! ThankYOU GUYS!!

This is a nice Hampton Inn that’s been updated. The pools are a great feature and are very clean. It’s clear that they take great pride in their upkeep. The floors in the room could have been cleaner and the “queen” beds are definitely not queens but are actually fulls, so that was a disappointment. Overall we would be back but wish the room was slightly more comfortable.

HORRIBLE experience at this hotel. HORRIBLE.

Stayed 3 nights. After first night, no maid service. After second night, got maid service and over $100 stolen from my room. Reported it to the front desk and got a wildly rude response from Jennifer. Asked to speak with a manager and there was not one on duty. Had to ask Jennifer to call the manager. Manager’s response was to call the police and that there was nothing they could do about it. Asked if I could speak with the manager. Never got a call back so went downstairs. Jennifer yelled at me and started wringing her hands and pacing in frustration. This woman has no business handling customer issues.

While looking all over the room for my money discovered these stains on the bed. Disgusting.

I brought 15 people here in my group and none of us will ever stay here again.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Suites Chicago/Aurora five times in the past few months. The rooms are clean, the staff is good, and it is located near many places to eat. The free breakfast is great. I haven't had any problems at all, and I recommend this place.

4 stars on location cause I cannot see my vehicle from my room. There is a fire lane on one side of building, not a deal breaker. Staff nice and recommend a great steak restaurant!!

This hotel has been recently renovated and they did a marvelous job. Rooms are roomy, bathroom sink has lots of room for your things, and the water pressure is nice and firm.

Breakfast option is very nice. Workout facility is perfect including two pelotons and they even have a guest laundry facility.

This was an amazing experience. Madison at the front desk was the beginning of the amazing experience. She heard my comment about coming just for the pool and hot tub. So she set us up on the first floor right next to the pool. The pool area is the best around!! Cute kid area with a slide and splashing buckets. Then they have a separate pool and hot tub. The pool water was warm!! It was great. Hot tub couldve been a little hotter but still great! The ONLY concern/comment i need to make, is the vents in the pools. They're on the ground and are raised. I cut my foot on one which hurt pretty bad.
So I told my boys to stay away from them.
I think they should replace those with something more safe/flat.
Cool exercise room, box jump, weights, peloton bikes, treadmills.
Laundry is 24/7.

The room was super cute! Bathroom was huge.
Beds were cozy.

The prices for the concession treats are very reasonable! Again. Best around for prices.

My son made it down for breakfast and loved the options.

We will be bringing our family back.

I am a disabled senior citizen I live in Florida. I drove 1800 miles to get to my destination at this hotel I requested to have a king suite room on the first floor because of my disabilities they said OK no problem. I get all the way up there 1800 miles later And then they informed me that they do not have a king sweet on the first floor and proceeded to tell me I could have a room on the second or third floor. I told them that is not what I reserved and they told me that they could not help it so I had to take the time to drive around and find a new hotel . So basically they told me what I wanted to hear on the phone just to get me to their property and thought that I would be desperate enough to accept what they were saying to me again I am a disabled senior citizen. I requested that room for a reason they did not care at all. I would stay away from this place if I were you the staff that answered the phone upon my arrival did not try to fix this reservation at all. The gentleman that took the reservation in my opinion should be fired because he lied to me on the phone and told me I could have that room on the first floor.
