Even though some parts of the hotel were being renovated the property was clean, great breakfast options, one of the best we have had in a long time, the kids especially loved the waffle makers. We had a queen suite and it was super spacious and fit the five of us comfortably. My family would highly recommend this property.

Everything you expect from a Hampton. Clean, friendly, great breakfast, nice pool and good workout room. They were undergoing renovations which we only knew from the signs but it did not impact us at all. ||Breakfast was better than usual Hamptons and lady making the breakfast was super nice. ||Super close to many restaurants and other food

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, overall great trip. Chlorine in the pool may have been a bit high buy beyond that, wonderful experience.

I reached out to the hotel to put a hold on some rooms for my wedding. I must say Noor Khanum, the sales manager, is absolutely amazing! She helped me understand the process and layout of each room. She even hopped on a few calls with me. The hotel concierge was kind enough to let us see one of the rooms even though we came at 9 PM unannounced. Unfortunately, most of my family is local so no one booked any rooms through the hold but the customer service was great!
Location wise, it's a nice quiet area.

Pros:
- gf breakfast cereal choice (Thank you! Why is it hard for other hotels to just offer Cheerios)
- Staff interactions were very pleasant. Matías was super kind and did an excellent job cleaning the second floor hall

Cons:
- Our room had a broken lampshade, which we managed to kind of fix.
- The hide-a-bed mattress in our room was visibly stained and the sheets were full of crumbs. We went down and got new sheets and made it ourselves. If it hadn’t been 10:30 at night when we arrived and if we hadn’t been traveling all day with kids, we would have left and found another place.
- Our room had cereal on the floor. I don’t care about a hotel being fancy or updated or whatever, but it has to be clean. Our friends had a clean room, so our experience might be an outlier, but we won’t be back.
- No life jackets at the pool. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything but I always appreciate it when a hotel provides a few lifejackets in kids’ sizes at the pool. Such a simple gesture to families.
