Putting someone you love in a home healthcare facility is a very difficult decision and Hallmark helped me every step of the way. Casey helped me thru the whole admittance process and handled everything that needed to be done. She was always available to me to answer any questions or concerns that came up. The director and the staff were always very helpful as well and also very friendly. I always felt my family member was safe there and was being well taken care of.

My father was at Hallmark Healthcare of Carlinville recently for their Rehab program. I would highly recommend this facility! The staff is phenomenal from the cleaning people, the kitchen staff, the office employees to the custodian! You could tell it was one big family there and they accepted my father with open arms. There was a lady named Suzi that handled the admission and discharge of my father that went above and beyond her duties to help my father. I truly can not say enough good things about this facility.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to all the staff at Hallmark. I had been taking care of my uncle and let's just say finding a suitable caring nursing facility is not an easy task . However when we found Hallmark I knew we had found his forever home . The staff was always accommodating of all my requests , concerns , questions etc. Suzi and Kasey both went above and beyond to help through this difficult often daunting task .. I would highly recommend Hallmark to anyone seeking good care for your loved one. Thank you Hallmark for all that you did for us .

Dad was in a wheelchair from 12 to 7 p.m.
He pushed the button for help many times but no one came in to help him.
He didn’t get anything to eat or drink while he was there. Even though they brought the other recipient his food.
The smell in the place horrible. Made my dad sick to his stomach. I can’t imagine how long the other recipients have had to deal with this smell.
There was no room for a wheelchair or a walker in the bathroom. Not handicap accessible at all.
Bathroom was shared with 4 people.
Didn’t give him any medication while there.
The nursing home lost his medication list.
Paint pealing off walls in bathroom. We were told he would have a private room. When my dad got there he was told they don’t have private rooms.
They are Putting 2 recipients in a room that is hardly big enough for 1 recipient bed.

We(my sister and I)could not have been more blessed Than to have found Hallmark for our mother. They have gone above and beyond anything that I could have expected. They made wonderful provisions for us to be able to see and celebrate Mother’s Day and her birthday with her (albeit through a window). On mother’s final hours,made it possible for us to be physically with her. All of this during this awful Covid-19 outbreak!!! What a wonderful staff and company. I hope they are still here when my time comes for help.... that is where I would like to be for my final days. I want to thank the staff. Bless you every one!!!!

I am a current resident at Hallmark. It is pretty nice here at the facility. I enjoy going to bingo and socialize. Therapyand nursing staff are a big help!

Honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever put a family member at. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all after seeing the condition they left my grandfather in. open wounds bed sores from not being moved around. when I ask the about the issues they couldn’t give me any explanation. If I could give 0 stars I would.
