They are the best! I had some travel issues and they literally spent hours, and hours coordinating everything with airlines and hotels so that I could avoid long lines and instead relax at the airport bar. I have been with Gulliver's Travel for over 20 years now. What you need to know is that Brenda and her staff are AWESOME. They represent the best in Customer Service and reliability. A Travel Company who puts your Concerns and Needs First.

Think about this...one time I was on a cruise and my 1st port was St. Thomas. My luggage was lost by the airline and I called Brenda from St. Thomas and told her what happened.

Brenda's response...somethin like this ever happens you call me COLLECT...then she said GO ENJOY ST THOMAS..I will take care of everything by the time you get back.

When I arrived back to the ship and my room I found a note saying ....go to the PURSER"S Desk. I did and I found out they spoke with Brenda and they are giving me a On Board Credit of $300.00 to buy cloths and needs for my remaining trip
