We spent a week at the Island Breeze home in Siesta Key. It was our first ever vacation as a family of 5 (three small children ages 5, 2 and 1). The space was perfect and Stefan was a great host. He reached out to check in and make sure we had everything we needed prior to our trip. Island Breeze was a short walk to the beach and there was a wagon available as well as beach chairs, cooler, tent, sand toys and floats for the pool. We spent a majority of our time at the home - the pool was great and my kids were basically fish. We also walked to the beach almost daily. We visited the Mote Aquarium in Lido Key on a rainy day, went shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach (about a 30 minute drive but so worth it!), and visited turtle beach which was a short drive from Siesta Key. The Daquiri Deck was also convenient and fun. While we missed it during our stay we were told by some locals that on Sundays drummers gather on the Siesta Key beach and thousands of people turn out for the performance. We will come back again and I'll certainly keep Gulf Coast Holiday Homes in my list of places to rent!

Even with the 2 major hurricanes this year, they made sure every need was tended to and all properties were in good repair, or assisted in ensuring they could be repaired quickly and with their oversight. Excellent property management company!

Good location for walking into downtown Sarasota. Pool and hot tub nice. Enjoyed the fire pit. Our host was helpful and available with assistance as needed.

Just back from a 3 month stay in Sarasota where we rented a property managed by Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. Can’t say enough about the responsiveness and personal service provided by Stefan and his staff. The property was clean, smartly decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.
The pool and patio area was really nice. The pool was serviced weekly and we had the option of having it heated. We had no major issues during our stay but when a few minor issues arose, Stefan responded immediately, often the same day, to address our concerns. We were so impressed with Stefan and this property that we have already rebooked it for 2025. We highly recommend Gulfcoast Holiday Homes.

My family and I stayed at the property called Magnolia Breeze just last week. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. It was decorated so nicely. Had everything you could possibly need on your vacation. Beds were so comfortable and the bedrooms were the perfect size. My grandchildren loved the pool. Had to practically drag them out of it daily. The garage was full of items to use for the beach and the pool. The patio area was so relaxing. My only suggestion to make this home absolutely perfect would be to add handicap bars to the walk in shower in the master bathroom and to the second bathroom tub. My handicap mother had some difficulty showering with nothing to hold on to. If these changes were made this house would be an 11/10. It’s that perfect!! Kudos to the owners for a great property. We certainly enjoyed it as much as you do.

Stefan of Gulfcoast was very helpful with the reservation, the details regarding the rental and promptly answered any other questions we had throughout the process. The place was great with excellent views. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed and was very quiet. River Strand is an exceptional place and we certainly are planning to return.

My wife and I rented a 2 BR condo in River Strand, a gated community in Bradenton, Fl for 3 months. The condo was very comfortable and spotless. Comfortable furniture and 3 Roku TV’s for those rainy days and a pleasant walk to the club restaurant, pro shop, and pools. Our small lanai sat on the edge of a peaceful lake in an estuary. I spent countless hours there reading and observing the amazing wildlife. Great place.

Gulfcoast Holiday Homes was fabulous from start to finish. Skip VRBO & AirBnb. Save your money on their excessive fees. Stefan and his staff at GC are great to work with. Efficient, pleasant, and extremely responsive to any questions or needs.

Thank you to the Team at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes for make our vacation great. We spent a great 2 weeks in Sarasota in a 4 bedroom pool home overlooking a lake. The home was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It even had lots of pool toys for the kids! You guys were really quick to respond to any of our questions. We had a great time and we will definitely come back to rent with you. Highly recommend!
