I went with 3 of my friends & stayed in a basement cottage. We had a nice big patio & a clean, comfortable & spacious area with two bathrooms & a nice sized kitchenette. Everything was well-kept, the beds we’re comfortable, the bathroom was nicely stocked, & there was tons of space to sleep more people. the trip was so much fun & the place we stayed made it worth every penny! will definitely be returning!!!

My husband's family has been vacationing here for over 60 years. We just returned home from another fabulous week. The cottages were clean, new air conditioning added was a great surprise, some new bedding and furniture and love the addition of the fire pit with grills. We had absolutely no issues with the new owners as they were very easy to deal with. We were able to smoke cigarettes on the property (not in the cottages, which is understandable) with no issues. We will definitely be returning!!!

Don’t know what you people are talking about. My family has been going here since my great grandma was a child. Makes you feel at home it’s another place to go to besides your own. Me and my family take up all of the cottages. We love it here there is a good lake dock is a little old, but it works. The morning time is beautiful there and the stars at night. This is not for people who prefer modern homes and fancy toilets and whatever. This is for people who appreciate the memories they can make here. No matter how different it is. From other places. it takes your mind off of the electronics and TVs going out on the lake, taking boat rides and playing in the big yard with family and friends. If you’re gonna complain about the air conditioning bring your own that’s what we do and we are perfectly fine in are cold cabins.

The new owners have clearly been trying to get things updated that have been neglected. Nearly the entire dock was replaced this year and the area walking to the dock was cleaned up nicely. There is updating in the living areas and bedrooms that could still be done but I enjoy the fishing trip each year on the lake. If only I could get better at fishing!

The Green Lake Disco. We have been coming to Green Lake for over 40 years. This was our first time visiting the Greenway Log Cottages. I would not recommend putting your trust in this business. Every step along our trip you could tell this placing is hurting. Corners are being cut and the manager/owner is in over his head. Our "cottage" was not clean and smelled of mold. My kids enjoyed the rapid flashing light in the bathroom and called it the Green Lake Disco. If you survive a night in the cottage and want to press your luck, take a walk to the dock. This is not a place to take your family.

We have been going here for over 20 years and now will nit be going back. A few new things, air conditioning that stirred up the mold. We had a five inch mushroom grow inside our bedroom window overnight. For real! Dirty, buggy, moldy, stinky. I don't go on vacation to clean before we stayed. The screens on porch were full of holes and spider webs, so we didn't sit out there. The floors had not been mopped. Mold in the shower. Kitchen sink was gross. I cleaned it. Ick! The smell was atrocious! I'm trying to get the smell out of things I brought home, but keep throwing things away. The bugs were bad. My husband got bit in bed by we think was a spider. His foot swelled up for 3 days. I am still sneezing from the mold. We did end our stay early, but not early enough. The place has really not been taken care of this past year. Even with the new air conditioning, mattresses and linens, and fire pit, there is no excuse for the uncleanliness, the disrepair, the mold and mildew and just the lack of respect for the guests.

The lodge is adequate. Muggy in August without AC. Basically a walkout basement with a screened in porch. Large yard. Nice grill fire pit area. No swings or sandbox for kids (that's an old pic). No lake access except a weedy boat dock. Nearest beach was a 20 minute drive to the other side of the lake.

Eric and Greenway Cottages are great! Not sure what others are taking about. We walked through every one of the Cottages and they are all great. We stayed here last year and in July this year and now back here in August. Fite pit and grills are a nice upgrade. Very large slip for my boat. Great place and we will be back again next year
