Spelunking and rock climbing at Khazaguda, Hyderabad, was an awesome experience. Our team lead Maddie took us to off-the-track places and was very capable in guiding all of us first timers through some tough terrain.

Please do not go anywhere with this particular trek company because they lack professionalism and don't even get me started with their customer service. I have specifically asked for a 2 day trip to which they first agreed, after making various calls and providing misleading information regarding the train timings,trip details etc. Each time I call a different person responds and provided completely different information compared to the previous person. I finally paid the advance amount. One day before the journey I have been informed that they are extending the trip from 2 to 3 days and their forcing me to extend my trip when I denied they offered me refund but now they are neither lifting the calls nor giving me back my refund. Now the advance amount is blocked with them and they are refusing pay me back. Please be aware of this new type of scam running in the market.

The Organisers Shankar and Virinchi were extremely supportive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Everything was well-organized, ensuring a smooth and safe trek.

Recently we went to the Sandhan Valley trek with GHAC organized by Shankar & Virinchi. It was a great experience and a memorable trip. Both Organisers well planned and organized the trip was graceful.

Horrible planning by HAC. My friend opted for Ooty+Isha foundation last week. They didn't even send a guide .and sent an Innova for 6 girls . No security for girls. Never go with HAC. They don't plan give stays in remote places for girls ..no safety. How they can do this .planning to file FIR against this company with all proofs. They don't even give train tickets on time ..without guide they charged 12k and asked money daily basis extra.. They have not even settled money to accomodation. Hotel guys held our luggage till HAC guys pay the amount..this is worst trip ever.

Worst experience had with HAC for Char Dham Yatra. Lot of mismanagement and they don’t follow their own Iternery, missed many places and they don’t provide accommodation for nights making us to stand on roads till 2 AM. No proper sleep, food because of their mistakes. We suffered a lot choosing HAC and I suggest everyone to be mindful before choosing HAC for any trips if they domestic or international.
