We have worked with Tim numerous times. He is always responsive - even when he's on the other side of the country and it's late at night where he is. He has spent numerous hours enduring terrible hold music trying to straighten out a problem created by the cruise line. He is simply the best. I would recommend Great Escape (and Tim in particular) to anybody looking for a great Travel Agent.

-The website is broken.
-Every time I call, no one answers. Even if I try to get ahold of one of the extensions, I get "this mailbox is not being monitored, do not leave a message."
-When going to the office during business hours, twice, no one is there and the door is locked.

How is anyone supposed to do get ahold of them?
