My husband and I have attended more than a handful of timeshare presentations, some are great and some are not. For the presentation that we attended, since we already have timeshare or ownership, we told the sales guy upfront that we have no interest whatsoever in investing as we don't have the funds but we were interested in the "free" flights and accommodation to Hawaii for 2 days. With open ears and mind, we listened to the programs they have, the costs and compared to what we have, of course theirs will always be the best because that's what they're trying to sell to you.
Bottom line is if you don't have the funds don't buy no matter how much they pressure you. After the agreed 90min or so presentation, ask to be excused, the sales agent will then grab their supervisor to give their last shot by offering you some discount. If you haven't fold into the pressure then finally they will get the contract guy to give you the gifts. He, of course will try to offer you deeper discount and sweeter deals. If you pass then you will be granted the gifts and excused...

RUN!!!! 100% a SCAM!!!!
If you want your credit screwed up use this company!! They make broken promises, exaggerate the benefits, we were never able to use the "free trip", then they stop your auto payment without your consent so now a huge bill has accrued. They are not willing to work with you in anyway. Also, don't believe when they say the HOA fees will only go up a tiny bit a year... LIES!!!! It's like 900 plus and goes up about 100$ each year. Oh and Roxanne is a joke!!!

First off, know what you are going to before you go. It is a time share selling gimmick, which we knew and were okay with. My husband and I attended knowing what to expect and obviously weren't intending to purchase. The presentation was great and the staff were nice and they were great sales personnel, however....

The reason we purchased this time share was because of the "perks" that supposedly came along with it which included cheapest air fairs and anytime deals anywhere in the world that had an alliance with this time share company. This was the reason we purchased this. Unfortunately it's all a scam. NO dates were ever available for us to take advantage of this and saving a dollar on a flight isn't what they promised. It is a complete fraud. They call it something like "Anytime Getaways", or similar, but it was anything but "anytime"....Maybe if you scheduled years in advance you could get what you were looking for but that wasn't what they promised. They told me, and I asked specifically, that anytime we wanted to go on a vacation, we could go to these locations. Then anytime we tried, EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE was booked or unavailable.

Additionally, trying to get a hold of the sales people or even the staff to help sort out travel and dates is near impossible. This is a very shady operation which makes it very difficult to actually get service and help from. They disappear after they make the sale and don't offer any way to get assistance or clarification.

The presentation sounds amazing but they really don't deliver what they promise in the presentation. Stay away. We are currently exploring legal options to recoup our money and cancel all contracts.

There "90 minute" presentation turned into 2 1/2 hours. The staff was kind and friendly, but definitely not worth my time. After I listened to their presentation, I also had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my promised gifts. Unless you are highly interested and ready to buy that day, it will be a waste of your time.

This place is a scam. We got scammed. They will force you to sign "that night". There's a reason they don't want you to take time to research. They have meetings at night when people are tired and can't think straight, then lie about what they are selling to people who become too wore down and awed by the lies to pick up on their lies. They've been reported to Better Business Bureau . They are being sued on a constant basis ( we're talking with an attorney now), but that's another stressful expense. Please pass the word to anyone thinking of buying a timeshare from these people . Don't fall for the drawings at Magic Mountain or Northridge mall which start by saying you are entered into drawings to win a car, free vacation, etc..., there's nothing free in this world so don't fall for these people's scam who try to part you from hard earned money.

Not friendly, lots of lies. Applying huge psychological pressure. Rude. None professional. Use lots of psychological trics. Took all documents by force. They probably afraid to leave any documents with customers, might be due to some none-legal problems.

Stay away! Nothing is free no free vacations no free tickets to The Adventure Park. They might tell you you get free tickets if you spend 3 hours there but you won't because you have to pay them $50 still to get these tickets.
