I want to give a special shoutout to our bus driver, Iris, who was assigned to us by Gray Line Tour bus to take us to our Youth conference in El Paso. Throughout our trip, Iris showed great professionalism, she was kind, courteous and approachable. We maintained good communication and she was able to adapt to any changes that were made to our schedule. We will definitely consider Gray Line and Iris for our next out of state trip!

Be sure not to cancel your trip for any reason within 5 days. You will not get a refund. They will bend the rules to accept payment after the deadline, but they will not bend the rules to refund a cancellation. $2,000 is in the trash.

Although we didn't travel with them talking to people who were part of the Gray Line tours said that they were having a good time and we're learning about the different areas around Hoover Dam. If I ever do take a guided tour of the area I'm visiting I'll definitely try them out for myself as I really didn't hear anything but good things from the people I talked to. Word of mouth and post like this can help you decide on which business you want to go with too make the most of your vacation or visit.

Very professional bus company. We are a women’s college soccer team traveling to Tucson for games. Ms Carolyn is awesome and handled all my concerns. Very easy to work with and nothing was too big of an ask. Daniel McCray was our bus driver. Very helpful and patient with our group. Would definitely recommend gray line tours for your group needs

The UA Marketing Program had a fantastic experience booking with Gray Line Tours, and especially with our driver, Marco! We had a very busy itinerary with numerous stops and lots of driving in LA traffic. Marco was patient, flexible and always smiling. He was proactive about finding bus parking and extremely willing to accommodate our last minute requests. He was a huge reason the trip was so successful. Carolyn helped me book this trip and she was great as well! Our trip details changed numerous times and she was able to update our contract without any problems. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and definitely will be using Gray Line again.

Daniel M was great. This was a great experience getting to take my players on a comfortable bus. Driver was very accommodating and made all the stops we asked for. If we have another long trip we will ask again to use Grayline. Bus 524 was great

We used Grey Line for a field trip, and they did an excellent job! Our drivers, Daniel, Marco, and Adrian, were very kind and helped make it a great trip for our students, teachers, and chaperones. I’d highly recommend them.
