No because why did a doctor crack a joke about me having no teeth I went in too get my ear looked at because I haven’t been able too hear out of it for a good year. Dr Shaw decided it was funny too make a joke. I’m 21 years old lost my teeth too a condition, a calcium deficiency. And that’s funny Went through hell and back was awake for the whole process only numbed. Went too get PROFESSIONAL HELP for my EAR and he cracked a joke. Place needs too get better doctors cause there lucky my boyfriend wasn’t there. Plain and simple. That was highly unprofessional, and rude. Somebody needs too take his license, cause if this isn’t the first time why keep him? Do NOT go too dr Shaw. He will not help you, only make fun of your physical appearance. 0/10 would not give it a star but doesn’t give me an option.

I loved my experience with Crawford and delivering Sophia there, there medical staff was more than comforting and reassuring. I also adore Chamberlain for his follow ups and dedication to his patients, he calls back and follows up with his clients and he listens to his patients.

I'd like to give a 5 star review because I have always had very positive and professional interactions except for one very nasty nurse practitioner named Amber Wold. She kicked my 15 year old son and I out of her office because my son did not come to his second prepared with his own treatment plan.She wanted him to come up with a list of things that he wanted to accomplish in therapy. He did not know because I made him go. I told him that we could have her guide us on his second visit but she just kicked us out! I was quite shocked. I have worked in mental health and that is not the way it is done. I even told all of the therapists who I work and have worked with and they all told me that is not how it's done. Go to any of the others on the psych team but her. I switched to the 100% excellent Allison Kearns who is the best.

Went to have my foot looked at and xrayed after a fall because I was practically non weight-bearing, swollen, and bruised. Front desk was great, helped us get a wheel chair and check in was fine. First nurse kinda felt like she blew me off once she found out I had only missed one stair and fell, but was honest about the chance of a fracture. Doctor did the same. He only asked me about my ankle, barely poked my ankle once then sent me for an xray. Once I was back, we got the results quickly, but he literally cracked the door, poked his head in, said "it's a small bump. Use heat." And was gone. That's it. A nurse came in to wrap it, told me since it was swollen to ice it, use heat only for pain if the swelling was gone. She was the nicest. Now, a week later, I still can't move my foot much or curl my toes. I've had to get a 2nd opinion. It isn't broken, but it was a bad sprain that needed extra help and it's still swollen and bruised. I feel like there was no point in me going the first time.

The Doctors and nurses I've dealt with are amazing. But the lady at the front door harassed me over my religious medallion, an inoffensive piece I keep on my belt at all times and in all places.

This has never been a problem before(I've been a patient there for the entire time it's existed) I've even talked to some of the staff about it and explained why I carry it.

Today however (October 5th 2021) the same lady that's always there decided to harass me, and forced me to go and leave it in the car so I could have my post surgical appointment.

When I returned, she had security waiting there by her.

If I had the money for a lawyer I would sue.

Honestly the people that have sticks shoved up their you know what, need to find a new career path. If you can’t properly care for patients or you can’t communicate with them without having an attitude then seriously, find a new job. You’re making the industry that much worse by bringing your bad attitude and poor service into the mix. This office is a complete joke. The doctors don’t truly care for their patients and ESPECIALLY AVOID this office if you struggle with mental health issues. Would give them negative stars if I could, like the previous person said.

I havent been here long.
But my kids go to my husbands childhood doctor. They're always kinda, quick and efficient. They dont waste my time which i appreciate.
The people in billing are also easy to work with. The only times i had an issue, they were minor issues and easily fixed.
1. Was i asked to have my oldest retested for gluten and egg white allergies, not for celiac. But they did that instead.
We had to come back after the weekend, but once again we were in and out quickly.
2. Was when there was a miscommunication when we switched insurance, also quickly resolved.

Dr Crawford is one of the worst baby Dr I have ever had !!!! She is rude stuck up and arrogant. I got out of the hospital a few weeks ago and I will never have her again it's like she has her favorite patients !!! Wow so sad.This hospital in general is horrible. Treat all your patients equal it's the right thing to do.
