Overall, the agent did a decent job and was well organized.

My problem. I'm a veteran, gave the agent a copy of my DD-214 discharge papers months in advance before our actual cruise. This would entitle me to a $100.00 on board credit on our cruise ship. The agent FAILED to follow through and much to my surprise, when I got on the ship and inquired about the credit, the ship told me they had no record of it. When I reported this to the agent, she told me she would check into it. Agent got back to me, told me she had the form and would get with the ship. Long story short, she did nothing and I lost out on the $100.00 on board credit. Thus I would never use this agency again.
