WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The customer service is terrible and very unprofessional. Expect hold times of 30 minutes or more if you ever need any help. Additionally after speaking with the company reps on several occasions (average hold time for each call was at least 20 minutes) I was assured there were no issues for my 45 pax bus rental. However less than 24 hours before my event (I am a Army lieutenant colonel that brought family in from all over the country for my retirement ceremony) I was called and told that they had to cancel my bus and I would get a refund. I had 40 people stranded and less than 24 hours to find a replacement and none were available. I am now considering legal action and I would advise THAT NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

Our trip to Chicago was given to us through a nice and new bus. Parker from Gogo guided us through the booking process and he was very professional and friendly. He promised us a bus with Bathroom and wifi and he delivered the desired bus. Excellent service by GOGO and I'll consider booking again in the future

The most horrible experience with this company. They canceled our bus transportation for wedding guests the day before the wedding!! They offered no assistance with locating alternative vendors, offered no remorse. Their only comment was that we would receive a full refund. That didn’t help us with solving the problem of transporting 60 guests for a wedding. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
