DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I had a horrible experience with this company on our wedding day. One of the buses for our wedding went to the wrong pick up location, so our guests were an hour late. We were told that we would be provided direct contacts for the drivers, but we never received contact information so I was scrambling on the day of my wedding to get in contact with someone to send the bus to the correct location. Then one of the buses departed the venue early without being instructed to, leaving about 30 of our guests stranded at the venue until 2am. Again I had such difficulty getting in contact with anyone to help us throughout the experience. This bus company was the only negative part of our otherwise perfect wedding day.

Gogo Charters came very close to single handedly ruining my wedding. At first they seemed great and easy to work with. Responsive, pleasant, open to assisting in planning the itinerary for the bus. Too bad that was all a front.
4 days before the wedding I called to clarify some points on the itinerary. The representative I spoke with was responsive and all seemed okay. 2 days before I just had this nagging feeling so I called back in order to verify that all the necessary details for transportation were in place. They were not. The notes I had left were nowhere to be found. So I had to scramble to ensure the appropriate details were actually written down and communicated to bus dispatch.
On the day of the wedding things started fine. The bus showed up at the first hotel with no issue. And then the driver refused to use his GPS to get to the second hotel. Which was 3 minutes away. By the time he listened to reason it had been about 20 minutes to make a 3 minute drive. He then drove at 40MPH on I95 (25MPH below the speed limit) and reached the venue 45 minutes late. At which point he fought with us saying “he refused to make another trip because he was told by his dispatcher it was a one-way trip” despite the fact I had paid for 6 hours of service. Finally I convinced him to go back to get the rest of the guests. Except after another 45 minutes (it is a 15 minute drive) he never showed up. Finally we told the guests to just drive themselves to the venue, after which we were told this round of guests saw a bus matching ours on the side of the Interstate with the driver just hanging out outside it.
Then at the end of the night, when guests were beginning to leave, he told us he was not going to make multiple trips, despite that being in the instructions I had laid out the previous week, because he needed to be back IN Boston by 10PM even though my service invoice stated we had full usage of the bus until it left our location AT 10PM. He was so obstinate and his dispatcher was so unhelpful that he closed the doors on my father mid-discussion and pulled away with guests inside . The guests left on the bus literally called that ride afterwards the “ride from hell” because of how poorly the driving was.
This left 40 guests stranded at the venue until our angel of a bartender contacted her colleague at a local car service to essentially send their entire fleet to bring people home.
Gogo Charters was absolutely worthless in setting up the event, because they do not actually own the busses they charter and only act as a middle man to hire companies. They have no direct interaction with those driving the busses, and they hire TERRIBLY. I am giving them an extra star because they were willing to give a partial refund on the service but that still doesn’t alter how terrible the actual experience was.

Me and my friends want on a business trip and the service wonderful staff is very respectful
