Unfortunately this business would not be recommended in sending boxes to other countries. I sent a box on November 1st HOPING it would be received by Christmas for my friends and family in the Dominican Republic. The first red flag for me should have been I requested insurance and the woman who I assume is the owner vehemently was against me insuring my box which I think has over $5,000 worth of merchandise, gifts, medicine, food, clothing and entertainment articles. Against my better judgment I sent the box anyway. I wanted to help the small businesses in my community and figured why not try. Well it’s January 30th, 2023 and the box has not arrived still! I asked MULTIPLE QUESTIONS and was told the box was in Santo Domingo waiting to be delivered. That was 4 weeks ago! NOW just yesterday she told me the box NEVER LEFT AMERICA and they just sent it!,,,,, Unprofessional, liars who don’t deserve any business. To add insult to injury I sent money through Moneygram and the same woman/ owner added another $2 to the delivery fee by crossing out what Moneygram usually charges and writing her extra amount in ink! I am 100% sure Moneygram would not appreciate such robbery under its name! For $2 this person is willing to ruin her reputation and business! I don’t recommend doing ANY BUSINESS with this company/business/person. I normally don’t write such harsh reviews but this is beyond deserving! I would give them ZERO STARS if I could!Update. My package was FINALLY delivered 3 months from day of shipping. I still stand by my post and will never use them again!

I do not recommend this company at all, I sent a box to Colombia and after that I received a call asking for more money, after the second payment finally the stuff was received in Colombia but the printer was broken, now they said that I don’t have right to use the insurance that I paid for delivery because the stuff wasn’t stolen, thieves
