Cabins were comfy and basic. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels…and the beds were soft with plenty of warm blankets for the cool weather.
Lodge was super close to cabin and the dinner was excellent. Food was great and customer service was outstanding.
NOTE: WiFi is only available in lodge not in the cabins.

The lodge is known for their family style chicken dinner and today did not disappoint. The fried chicken is delicious! The dinner is served family style and includes a TON of food. Chicken and dumplings, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, white gravy, biscuits, and coleslaw are all included. You won’t leave hungry, that is for sure. Our waitress was extremely nice and kept us loaded with food.

Giant City Lodge is great. We usually eat there on Friday night when they have family style chicken or fish dinners. Each is great but the scale tips ever so slightly in favor of the Fish. We have never stayed at the cabins.

My food was lukewarm.. you could tell it had been sitting for awhile before being brought out. I got the bison burger and potato skins. Except for the meat, this food was of low quality, cheap ingredients.

The staff were nice but honestly, didn't really look happy :/

The Lodge is a beautiful building though. ♡

This restaurant is a 10 out of 10! We enjoyed this dining establishment 2x on our 3 day weekend. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. They have a gift shop and a lounge area in addition to the restaurant, party room and bar area.

Went to the restaurant, such a wonderful experience. A few of us meet up there often. Family style chicken dinner and the fried fish is perfection.

This place has always been an amazing experience! The scenery and trails are beautiful. We prefer the bluff cabins. Mikey is too cool and is there to help out with whatever. Our server's at the restaurant, Dylan and Eli were incredible. And the food was delicious as always. I recommend this place to my friends and to everyone else so they can have the same great experience as I do every time.

Single cabin room was quite acceptable and cozy for the price, however as other reviews have noted the beds are unbelievably soft. Plenty of towels provided however some were threadbare and had frayed edges. Restaurant was mediocre. All you can eat chicken seemed left over from lunch, while sides seemed packaged, not homemade. Soup and side portions were extremely small for the price. Server was great, very cheery. Side note: main hiking attractions are NOT in or even near the park. Garden of the Gods is 22 mi away
