Usually have excellent customer service. Yesterday received worse customer service at this particular location. Usually at the local office I get provided with better service than over the phone. Yesterday the over the phone agent was a huge help. The bus for first time had a departure time of 2pm and bus was gone by 2:02 pm. Very unsatisfied with experience.

I was injured at work and I was put on medical leave thru Workman's Comp. I could not drive and was blessed to have been assigned to this company. I made many trips to the doctor and rehabilitation. Every driver was wonderful. They were kind, caring and so helpful. I hated to see our trips end but I did get better and do not need their service but if in the future I find I need transportation I will be giving my new friend a call. If you are in need of transportation or need travel arrangements please give them a call. Miss Pat is a wonderful lady and all the employees are as well. I will miss my friends.
