I booked this flight online with little research and went into it with a little hesitation. It was AMAZING! From the shuttle picking us up from the hotel, to the staff in the waiting area, and our amazing captain. Everything felt so safe and it made the experience very enjoyable. Our captain was awesome the whole experience was amazing. When I was booking this experience, someone commented “don’t think, just do it” and that is exactly what I was thinking the whole time. I would go back again in a heartbeat. Just do it!!

We booked the Grand Canyon trip with floor landing. Our pilot, Kane, was wonderful in every respect. Safety was his top priority, and Kane was a consummate host. Everything was smooth and easy - from the booking process to the landing! I highly recommend GC Flight - first class organization.

Everything was first class. Nice crew running things. Never felt belittled by not knowing where to go and do. They made it all pretty clear. Our pilot was awesome too. I can’t remember her name but you can’t miss her. Never seen a heli pilot that pretty. Don’t let the looks fool you. She can fly that bird as well as anyone. Would definitely use them again!!

I want to start by saying that our pilot was amazing and the views were incredible! However, the helicopter felt cramped and looked old on the inside. With four average-sized adults in the back seat, we were squeezed together, meaning only the two people on the ends could fully enjoy the stunning scenery and take great photos. My friends from Germany were particularly excited about this trip, especially considering the high cost and the advertisements that promised breathtaking views. I felt embarrassed knowing we had planned this incredible experience, only to be let down by the company's greed.

We did file a complaint, but they only partially refunded two of us, despite the fact that three tickets were purchased as a group (that's another story). I cannot recommend this company; they promise more than they deliver.
