I love, love, love working with Futurestay. Anytime I need assistance with Airbnb or VRBO, I'm on the phone for a long time and most of the time I figure out what I need before the representatives do. It is extremely frustrating and a colossal waste of time. I'm new to Futurestay so I've had to inquire about a lot of things getting started. Their reps have had an answer right away with links EVERY TIME! They even give helpful tips or links to things I didn't know I needed yet. I'm thrilled to work with an organization that has professional, courteous, well-trained reps. I don't feel like reaching out is ever wasting my time as I do with other platforms. WOW - talk about customer service. These folks are amazing. I did something wrong in my setup and WIX integration (my fault) and had to reach out to customer service. I always dread doing that - but wow - Leo was AMAZING. He set up a zoom call - made all the fixes on the spot and gave me lots of pointers for integration. Highly recommend.

I recently joined FutureStay after trying to set up a website and account with a competitive platform with which I had such difficulties to get anything done because of an overcomplicated interface and lack of communication. My experience with FutureStay has been like night and day. I was able to set up my website very quickly, the staff was always available in person to assist on zoom, email or chat and very pleasant to communicate with. And FutureStay's interface is very intuitive and easy to use. They told me they are always working to improve it based on customers' feedback, which is great to know, but so far I haven't had any issues. I highly recommend this service!

Leo was very knowledgeable and helpful, and promptly offered a zoom or phone call when I needed a little more help than chat could provide. He called right away and walked me through what I needed to understand about booking reservations for guests on my end. Overall great experience, but even better, Futurestay has been the best way for my busy husband and I to manage all our rentals across multiple properties and websites in one smooth place.
