Visited Fun City Adventure Park today and my son had a blast! There are all types of games for him to enjoy, and even the big trampolines are a hit. Adults can have a good time too. The staff are incredibly friendly and patient with the kids, making the experience even better. The price is fair, making it a great value for a day of fun. Highly recommend!

Booked a party room and the room was not ready when we got there. The staff at the front told my guests that they needed to check in with the host in the party room and would get their socks at that time. Every time we would have to hunt down a host who then needed to go and find our host. They never asked what size socks the kids needed just gave them some and left the room. My guests had to go back upfront to get a different size because they gave them all small. They only provide one juice or one water per jumper. So if parents want something to drink they charge you $2.00 for a water and because we went on a weekend they charged $2.50. Their website says that the host will help with set up, service and clean up. They did not do any of that. While we were doing cake a host come in the room and took the utensil/plate/napkin hold her. I advised that we were not done and they responded with “I’m taking it to refill it”. It was returned after we got done. While picking up the room a staff member come in and asked who to give the bill to. While we were carrying things out someone else come in and asked us if we were using the card on file to pay the bill. They then walked me to the front counter to make sure we paid.

Very poor customer service. Would not recommend having a party here.

Plenty of parking. Nice place to bring the kiddos for a few hours or the day. It's $24 for 1.5 hrs $28 for 2 hrs or $30 for the day. If you pay $30 for the day you are allowed to leave and come back if you want. It also requires jump socks which are $3.50 a pair. They have a ball pit with slides and some tunnels to crawl through. This is a area for kids 10 and under. They also have different structures and wall structures to climb with a adventure course. This area also says for kids 10 and under. They have a foam pit you can jump in. A trampoline dodge ball area,basket ball area. Various trampolines and a foam pit obstacle courses and a small zip line going over one foam pit. The arcade they have costs extra and is not included
They have some massage chairs you have to pay for to sit at. Also various metal benches you can sit on. Definitely a place to check out. My kids loved it. They have ample parking this is located in a shopping plaza area.

We took my 4 year old to a birthday party here. It was so much fun! Great for Kids of all ages. Big ball pit with slides, lots of trampolines, a zip line into a foam block pit, basketball bounce areas, dodgeball trampoline room, climbing walls/courses, and an arcade with ski ball, air hockey and many other games. So much to do here, we could have spent all day.

So much fun! My kids and I went for our first visit today(we are from Endicott NY). We loved this place so much! Lots to do! Next time we will do the $30 play all day. Nobody wanted to leave!! Ball pits were the best! Highly recommend going and checking this place out!!

We took my daughter here for the first time on Saturday and she was super excited to try a new place! Unfortunately, shortly after getting there, fist fights and chaos broke out between several people and police arrived and evacuated everyone. It was scary and my 9 year old daughter was obviously shaken. We were told they would not refund us but we could go back in 30 minutes later after everything “settled down”. We did not feel safe going back in that night so we called and asked if we could go the next day instead. The woman on the phone said absolutely, just bring the bracelet. The next day, we brought my daughter back with the bracelet and the man working the desk tried telling us that we need to pay the $30 again and told us that we were lying and that we went back in the night prior. We, again, said we didn’t but he still didn’t believe us so he made us stand there awkwardly for about 10 minutes while he looked through the camera footage. Once he saw video proof that we were not there and were not liars, he reluctantly let us in. No apologies or anything. I am a very understanding person and never leave negative reviews but this was truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter did have fun and we probably would have given them another chance because I understand that there are things out of their control but the way they handled the situation was horrible.

Disgusting and unsafe environment; If you are sending your child to a birthday party here or planning a birthday party for your child here, I would highly suggest that you reconsider. We walked in for my nieces 10th birthday party last night, only to be jumping for 10 minutes before a disgusting and vile fight broke out between a ton of adults who also involved their children in the fight. This fight went on for over 15 minutes before security, any of the employees, or police stepped in! Fighting and cussing and being disgusting right in the front lobby in front of all of the staff who were blatantly ignoring them and subjecting every child there to this trauma. When my family member asked for a refund for the $500 birthday party she just paid for, the staff refused and only agreed to partially refund her her money. They made her pay for jump socks and 4 pizzas that we weren’t even able to utilize and still kept over $200 of her money! Everyone who checked in at 5pm were forcibly removed from the premises, but if you had reservations at 7pm or later, you were allowed to come back and jump. My niece’s entire birthday party ruined for some ghetto disgusting fighting. Even more disgusting that all the staff and security just stood there watching a huge fist fight break out in their lobby in front of all these children! You will NEVER get my money again dirty fun city. Do not send your children here they are not safe!!!
