Flights from Boston to Dallas and back, both delayed seriously. The employees at both airports struggled to speak English and were very short and rude. Any interaction with them comes with up charges as well.

The first flight got delayed 3 times and a ton of passengers missed a connection flight and didn’t get a refund or alternative flight. I was lucky I didn’t have a connection.

The poor quality snakes and small baggage area also cost a ton of money. You won’t be saving anything on this flight.

The seats are very tight and uncomfortable. On the flight back the gate changed and we waited on the tarmac for 40 minutes.

The only redeeming quality is that the flight attendants on both flights were friendly and responsive, but that does not make up for the incredible cost and discomfort of using this flight.

The flights look cheap, but you will pay with your money, time, discomfort and inconvenience. Not worth it.

The airline said I had to hold my car seat because it would have gotten lost if they took it. What?! You know how uncomfortable it is to haul a car seat and push a stroller by yourself? Frontier staff at Logan International should stop being lazy! Better customer service isn't hard.

I did a flight from Texas to Massachusetts on frontier. And it has been 5 days and THEY STILL HAVEN'T GAVE ME MY SUITCASE. They keep saying "it was a belt problem" when my other bag was RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND I GOT ONE OF THEM. NEVER fly frontier. That's not all though, when I try to ask to talk to customer service. They act like they just don't care (they don't.) Spirit is 100x better. They have the customer service of a potato. I am sounding like a Karen right now. I apologize just don't fly frontier ever. I have more just don't fly it

Last trip got delayed and on top of everything we landed in Orlando because of “maintenance issues” I found out all the way when we arrived we were frightened. We waited for hours on Orlando to be back to CT. Just to get a $75 voucher. I used Part of the voucher Worst mistake I ever made. I had trouble with a family member which is big size and they had a ticket in the front for more space . She was helping me with my children. When I went to the front and ask if I could board with her they said no. I wasn’t expecting because I was not willing to travel alone with three kids, and this is why she was traveling with me. Worst Airline Ave., JetBlue is fun same cheap prices and they didn’t give me this problem.

I have been waiting at the airport to take Frontier 1207 for 4 hours and suddenly canceled. My daughter missed the swim meet on the very first day. Because of that, she can't join any event this week in the Tampa swim meet. She is badly crying again and again. She has been waiting for this for 2 years. Also, my hotel and car rental has been gone. What a reliable airline!!! I will never use this clumsy airline again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's be honest here, the other people rating this airline were unfair. All of these people said 1 star, but honestly the experience was bearable. Here's my story: Got to Bradley International Airport, grabbed some food and drinks, sat down with my mom and dad, and waited. The flight was delayed for about 2 hours, but we didn't mind waiting. When we got on the plane, it turns out they overbooked, so it was a tight squeeze. That was my experience getting on the plane, definitely not ideal.

Now, here is the part where this airline got some stars back. During the flight, one of the flight attendants, Ginger (A), made this flight much better. She talked with me and my parents, got us anything we asked for, and was very kind. Ginger A is probably the only reason this airline isn't another 1 or 2 star review. Give Ginger A a raise or something, she deserves it.

TLDR, A lot of waiting, delayed flight, overbooked seats, flight attendant named Ginger (A) saves airline from mediocrity. Experience was alright.

I want to thank Thelma & Alexis at the ticket counter at BDL for doing their best to help my mother get safely home to FL. Despite the cancelation yesterday and all of the unhappy travelers, Thelma's quick thinking compassion for mom's situation really came through. Thank you ladies.
