This review is mainly directed to an incredible staff member Augustine who is in guest relations.|Four Seasons what makes your hotel a stand out is people like Augustine who went over and above to help me .|He helped me retrieve an old gift certificate, then helped me to secure a reservation at the Lido on a busy Saturday night. How nice it was during the evening when he took the time to come over and introduce himself and make sure that everything was perfect.|Augustine you are a class act and a spectacular representative to the Four Seasons.||I must also add that the Maitre d ( from Sardinia) was excellent, making sure of our comfort, and making sure all expectations were met which they certainly were, the Lido is exceptional and I would definitely recommend it over the Thomas Keller restaurant in the hotel which does not offer the incredible and friendly customer service that the Lido does|The food also is exceptional and wait staff outstanding

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Four Seasons property with both my immediate family and extended relatives, and I can confidently say that we consistently enjoy exceptional experiences at Four Seasons hotels around the globe. Given our history of positive visits, choosing this hotel was a straightforward decision when our family gathered in town.

Our beach house, unfortunately, proved too small to comfortably accommodate over 20 family members. In contrast, the Four Seasons offers ample space and a level of service that we find iconic and unparalleled. While we noticed that some reviewers pointed out issues related to room size, we decided to request upgrades, and I must say, the improvements we received were truly impressive.

The accommodations were on par with other five-star hotels we’ve experienced, featuring luxuriously appointed rooms and top-notch amenities. As loyal members of the Four Seasons family, we appreciate the consistency and quality that come with each stay. Without a doubt, we will continue to choose Four Seasons for our family gatherings in the future.

We arrived for Xmas/Hanukkah week. The hotel is stunning. The service is flawless. Pools for families, children, and adults only. The beach is a very short walk. The pool menu is wonderful and the food is fabulous. All the lobby appointments are stunning. The 2 shops are unique. If you want more Bal Harbour Shops are 5 minutes away. Fabulous! My only disappointment was for $2800/night my room was city facing, across from a service elevator and why does the bathroom have a single sink? However , room is lovely, plenty of storage and bed is amazingly comfortable. We will definitely be back to this glamorous resort. Before I end. The restaurants on property are OUT OF THIS WORLD

The restaurant was one of the most beautiful ever! The service was masterful and our waiter was completely focused on delivering the highest quality care. We split two beginning dishes- the Caeser Salad and pasta in vodka sauce which were exceptional. This was followed by a wagyu steak grilled to perfection. All in all, an amazing experience.

Elegant and worth every penny.Top notch staff. The service and food is amazing.The pool and beach are lovely.Close to all kinds of dinning and sunset boat rides and fishing.Close to Haulover park that has a nude beach. great people and boat watching as they pass through the very trechorace inlet with strong currents and shifting sandbars.The have a food place, baitshop, kite flying park with kites for sale. So much more!.7 Stars!.

Stay was wonderful. Quiet, beautiful property ||Concierge is stand out. Most accommodating and helpful vs other four seasons or 5 star hotels. Easy to communicate with them via email. Got me reservations at Casa Tua, mandolin aegean, and Mila. ||The person who cleaned my room was very nice and did a great job ||The pool area is tranquil ||Rooms are modern and the nicest of any resorts in the South Florida area ||Kelly, the front desk manager is very accommodating and kind. Cares a lot about the guest experience. ||Would return.

Karma Munnar Hotel is at the best location in Munnar.We stayed at the hotel for four Nights.Got full support from all the hotel staff members Mala Mam, both Bivin Sir, Saravanan, Asmina, Jinu etc. The cleaning staff took full care of cleanliness our room. Activity coordinator and receptionist Mala ma'am entertained all the members and their children daily through interesting programmes.Restaurant manager Sarwnan took special care of the food.

Surprisingly bad customer service for a St. Regis hotel. The location is nice but the rooms need help. For example, the sheets on our bed were stained upon arrival and there was no desk in my room. The Spa at the hotel is unreliable - I booked an appointment with my favorite masseuse and the spa switched my appointment without telling me. Also, it is one of the only Marriott hotels that has denied my 4pm checkout request every time I stayed there. Do yourself a favor and stay at the nearby Ritz or Four Seasons.
