You can visit tower, it was safe to enter.

The Fort Courage ruins are super cool!! Right off of Interstate-40 at Exit 348. It was built to cash-in on the popularity of the classis TV show – F-Troop back in the 1960’s. In addition to the replica of Fort Courage, there was a gift shop, a Taco Bell, a Pancake House and a gas station. By the way… It’s for sale if you’re interested.

I love stopping by anytime I drive through Arizona to see how this place has changed over the last 8 years. I got goosebumps the first time I saw it and I still get a kick out of seeing it today.

Cool raod side ruins to visit. Sad it is nolonger in operation, would have been something to see . If you get a chance stop and look around.

This is a sad, broken and deteriorating mess. The actual ancient fort should have been protected, but this is no more than a 2 minute drive by to marvel at the sad situation...
