Dental, Physical Therapy, Medical, Community Health, Optical, Lab, and Maintenance have very friendly staff.

I have only had a problem with a billing staff member not maintaining our privacy. I reported it, but have no idea if anything was ever done about it.

If you have never been there, I suggest you visit when the new construction is complete. There is an elevator for those not able to climb steps. There are very nice restrooms and places to sit. Ask questions and request a tour. I think you will be impressed.

I do wish they provided Direct Services to all members of Federally Recognized Tribes. We need to look out for one another.

I’ve removed a star because I went in for an appointment and left in near tears after being belittled by both front desk and my nurse. Did not feel comfortable, staff was incredibly snide. This is a first time for this hospital, I hope it’s not reoccurring.

I enjoy my visits to come and use the equipment for strengthening, aquatic exercise, walking in the track along with attending several classes that are available several times a week. I love coming and talking with staff members, working with trainers who guide and assist me.

I would have had nothing but nice things to say about this facility until i was refused all medical and pharmacy services in retaliation to resigning from my position at FCP. Was told i would have to find a new primary care provider as well. Dont fall for the trap. Spiteful Crooks.
