We had the pleasure of staying at Unit 7212 in Xaman Ha, Playa Del Carmen. The unit was spectacular and our 3 year old daughter loved the kiddie pools at the property right next to the beach front.

The property was managed by Five Star properties and the service and communication were great. Check in was a breeze, there was even clean drinking water when we arrived in our unit. Cleaners came regularly and I don’t think there is a single negative thing I can say about the property or the Managment of the property. Just an excellent experience overall.

Also the location or Xaman Ha is perfect. You’re in the gated community of Playacar Fase 1, but are less then a 5 min walk to town and 5th Ave. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook another vacation at this property or with this management team!

We had the best trip and absolutely love El Cantil- this unit is our favorite one we have stayed in so far! It is newly remodeled, beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, comfortable and has so many nice touches. Even some things that you don't think about- like excellent shower pressure and really hot water was very luxurious. I especially like the bed on the balcony (where many owners have a hottub that I never use).

You really can't beat the location- it is walkable to town restaurants, across the street from the grocery store and our dive boat picks us up from the pier (Deep Blue dive shop- ask for Sandro as your DM)! You have ocean access for snorkeling, pool access and beautiful views of the sunset! We even had a green parrot show up on our patio and hang out with us!

Eve, the property manager, is so kind and SUPER quick to respond to any questions we had. Eddy and Luis always are there to help with luggage or get a taxi when necessary. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will be back!

Casa Marina Bahia is a beautiful property and was perfect for our girls getaway! Big bedrooms, nice layout, great bathrooms, and a private pool- what more could you need It was a really nice location- we drove to a different beautiful beach each day within 5-20 minute drive, but there’s also a nice beach within walking distance and you can see it from the property’s rooftop patio. It has a locked gate around the property and was close to several great restaurants. On top of all of these great things, Five Star Property was incredible to rent from. They were so helpful and communicative- both in advance of our trip, as well as during the trip. We even messaged one day asking about where to find scissors, and when none were located, someone dropped by within 30 minutes with a new pair. They had great customer service- I would rent again with Five Star Property and I would definitely recommend their Casa Marina Bahia property if you’re looking for a nice and relaxing vacation at the beach!

Great property. The pool was the perfect temperature, getting in and out of the water from the pier was so easy, and the man made beach is the perfect size. The unit was very nice including great beds and pillows (which you don't often get at rentals). Great location. The area was quiet at night and still walkable to town (although a car helps). Overall a great vacation.

Rented unit 402 El Faro in Playa and was amazing. The rooftop soaker with jets and the roof top grill, shower and bathroom were amazing too. The staff were always friendly, the pool was amazing and the weather was great. I would recommend for any party of 4.

Came for a week to Playa Del Carmen managed property in JANUARY when the weather was perfect. Easy check in and host Oscar was there if needed and we used an App on our phone to get in and out without a key. Has a safe inside we used and bottled water included for drinking. Place is brand new and has a nice kitchen upon entry and family area with a comfortable couch that turns into a bed if another couple or kids come. Bathroom si nice with a large shower and very clean. Bedroom has a king size comfortable bed and the air conditioning works great. Brought a google chrome stick so smart TV allowed us to watch our shows in our language at night. The roof top is amazing with lots of pool and views of the ocean. Workouts are in a gym on roof overlooking the ocean. Full bar with food and spa for massage which I tried once for a good price on roof top. Many young people were up at pool everyday. The concierge is very nice and helpful. Location is so good, a short two blocks from beach and clubs, and 38th avenue is just down the street with the best restaurants and location jungle like in all of Playa in my opinion. The price you stay here is way better than a hotel with a much better experience. It was a great comfortable stay and I will be back at this property A 206 at Singular dream soon.

Xaman Ha is a beautiful property with a very well maintained pool, swim-up pool bar that serves lunch/snacks and beautiful/easy beach access. Each condo is individually owned so some are more updated than others. We had a fantastic balcony with a view of the pool and ocean. Note there is no elevator on the property so that proved a bit tricky as we had a stroller with us. The best part about Xaman Ha is it's location - very easy walk over to all the shopping, restaurants and adventure on 5th Avenue. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 children and made our way to 5th Avenue every night.

We had an excellent stay. Everything from check-in to check-out and all the fun in between went very smoothly. The property was as pictured, with great views, comfortable beds and well-appointed. Plenty of towels, dishes, seating, etc. The pool is massive with varying levels of depth and plenty of chairs. The internet was fast. The security was friendly and discreet, keeping an eye on the pool/beach area and the one external entrance into the complex. There is a taxi stand directly outside the complex. We've stayed at El Faro many times and are always happy to return. It's by far our favorite beach-front location.
