This trip was for our wedding. In the beginning she had decent communication. We told her exactly what we were looking for, the beach was super important. We trusted her advisement - resort was nice but the beach was seaweed infested. As a travel agent, you should know the best areas of each country. I was better off really digging in to research myself, hindsight’s 20/20. We did NOT let that ruin our beautiful week and moment but it was disappointing. Throughout the process, her communication became less and less. My wedding party reached out to me multiple times that she was unresponsive (days at a time - a 3 hour difference doesn’t justify days without communication). It was very disappointing especially when planning a wedding out of the country is stressful enough. Her reviews said otherwise which is why we chose her. Again, super disappointing with the lack of communication and attention to resort detail.

All-around Tammy executed a great adventure and exploration throughout Europe. I chose to load my itinerary and I was exhausted but the experience was worth it. Thank you.

Do not use! Same complaint as the person below. Great communication at first. We discovered an arrive home issue just before departing. It was VERY difficult to reach her. It didn't matter if we called her business line or her cell. She did fix the issue but it was a close call to out trip being delayed because why would we leave on a trip if we know there's a problem with the return home. We also had a car rental problem and brought that to her attention which she did not assist with. She uses a 3rd party company called Pleasant Holidays which I don't know why that would be the case with a bad reputation. Just go elsewhere!

Terrible service would give negative stars if I could. She was the travel agent for a destination wedding and every guest complained about how she dropped the ball and every step of the booking process. I had emailed her a few times to book through the block of rooms the bride had reserved but she was unresponsive and she couldn't get me prices quotes or anything during the process. The bride was getting married at a hotel where we had status and points so we thankfully didn't book our room through her and booked on our own since she was completely useless. Best decision because the rest of the wedding party that did you use her had issues. However, her lack of service resulted in many others not being able to book their hotel and some even decided to not attend the wedding because of being unable to book a room or other service issues with Tammy. Because of this the bride did not meet her room minimum for the wedding and had to pay out of pocket for these rooms. Tammy was good till she got a signed contract and then from there the service declined or just didn't exist.

We did use her for the airport to hotel transportation and she claimed she "comped" our transportation and turns out she never booked us at all!!! Thankfully the mother and father of the groom were booked for a van and there were no others riding in it and they gave us a ride to the hotel otherwise we would have had to locate a taxi or shuttle on our own.

No point using a travel agent that doesn't do anything.

Tammy was amazing! She is very detailed and has a ton of experience to help you plan the best vacation. She provides you several options to pick from and is very responsive in addressing your questions. Two days before we were to leave we had to adjust our trip to another state. Tammy took the time to yet again provide a ton of options to choose from and made all the adjustments for us. We had an amazing trip and can’t thank her enough. Use Tammy to book your next trip, you won’t regret it!!

Tammy is the ultimate professional. She has fabulous ideas and connections. She was willing to help us secure a yacht rental and all of our dinner reservations. She was there to help immediately when we needed it. Tammy was also extremely helpful in re-doing our vacation multiple times due to changes in schedules and all of these lovely travel restrictions. Every time, she was understanding and more than helpful. I will use Tammy every time.

Tammy Fisher was an absolute delight to work with. She helped my husband surprise me with a trip to Turks and Caicos! She took care of all of the planning and made this the best vacation that we have ever had.
We have never had a travel agent before and Tammy has now set the bar really high! Also, I do not think that we will travel without her helping us again. She took care of everything and there was a bunch of extra to take care of due to the pandemic. Tammy even helped us once we were there, by helping set up outings and such. She took all of the stress out of our travel. I highly recommend her to anybody who wants to take all of the stress out of traveling!
