Bait and switch. The embassy suites south Anaheim location is lying to customers about their construction project to keep sales high. Dieter Hissin, the general manager, won’t even return my call to discuss. The front desk staff is rude. I explained my concerns and they responded by encouraged me to give this stay a 5 star rating. It was like I hasn’t heard at all. Say elsewhere.

The employees actually at the hotel are great, the ones in regional or area positions have no clue what they are doing and do not help, they blame everyone but themselves and lose hotels money fast.
