I called American Airlines when we missed our flight, I use the number on the American Airlines app, somehow it got redirected to this first flight company, they guaranteed me that talking to them would be the same as talking to the concierge desk, which I was standing in front of, they asked me for a copy of my boarding pass for the flight that I missed, rebooked me on a different flight and charged me more than I paid for the original flight. They pretended to be American Airlines employees, I have the entire conversation recorded. They misled me into thinking that they were rebooking my ticket. They booked an entirely new ticket and charged me. I went to airport police and an investigator took all the information I canceled my credit card and disputed the charge. I gave them one opportunity to cancel this and they failed warning.

This is a SCAM!!! The company was listed as United Customer service, but they are not. When I called the number an agent said they could make changes to my flight charged my card and the changes were never made. Then when I called to find out why, the agent led and said he tried to call me back but he didn't. When confronted with this, he gave me a wrong name and then hung up on me.

Scam!!!! Employee was pushy and scammed my elderly parents to purchase a flight that was $1600 more than the price online through the airline. Also collected personal information that wasn’t needed to book a flight. Beware!!!

I made a flight reservation and thought I was talking to United directly. The agent said the price published online was one way. I later talked to United and they affirmed the price was round trip. I'm waiting for refund from these scammers.

This company is a scam, they made me believe I was talking to British Airlines, then sold me a Ticket and cancelled my original reservation, today I noticed the price they paid the airline was 1,000.00 less than what they charged me.

I am leaving this review because I asked for a ticket I purchased (as a totally refundable ticket) to be refunded. I had great suspicion about this company as I initially thought I was calling Air France directly.
They booked my flight and several weeks later, thank goodness I checked the flight status because my seat assignment I purchased was suddenly changed without any notification. Then when I called to inquire why they would do that, I was told it was the airline that changed the flight. After I hung up with the agent, thinking things were taken care of (although still feeling a bit suspicious) I logged back in only to find out my connecting flight had also been changed to a different time that was not going to work for me. Had I not been diligent about checking my flight status (although still 4 months from departure) I would have been screwed. I called back and was told the “back office” made a mistake and that they would fix it and send me a new confirmation email within 24hr. The following day, after 24hrs, no email confirmation. At this point, I just wanted to cancel the flight and get a refund because I’m flying out of the country and can’t take a chance on mistakes happening again. When I called and asked them to cancel, they told me the “back office” would have to contact me. Once they called me back, they were quite rude. They said they would reverse the charge. I asked if they would send me an email stating the cancellation had occurred. He said “yes” and literally hung up on me. I was not going to report this incident, but because I have not received any confirmation of a cancellation, I feel I was scammed. Reputable companies would not act in this manner. I also think this company is being extremely deceptive by linking their phone number in google to mislead you into thinking you are calling Air France directly.
I was told the reasons for the mistakes was all “human error” and that “these things happen”
I’m sorry, but “these things” can’t happen when I’ve paid a LOT for a ticket and traveling outside of the country

First Fly Travel spoofed the direct 1-800 reservation line of Singapore Air and then deceptively booked our travel on a competing airline. This business is dishonest at best and very suspect. Recommend booking elsewhere
