I think it's family owned, everyone is nice and friendly (spanish speakers). The rooms are clean, spacious, and has an old-school traditional style. Breakfast is not included, but there are great alternative locations like King City Gill or Dennys. Will stay here again if I find myself in the area. Thank you!

A clean, comfortable, economic, “mom & pop” motel that met all of our needs on our trip. Area was nice, safe, next to a school, all rooms ground level. Very nice hosts.

Poor hotel with fake positive reviews, overpriced. No breakfast at all but listed everywhere as "free breakfast". Rooms are old and smell. Reps don't speak English

I got the last room in town! Nothing fancy, clean, quiet & simple. I would love to hang some cool art in those rooms after re painting them in cool colors! Give them some personality!! Have a “Horse Room”. With Horse stuff & pictures of Horses! A Kitty room with pics of kittens etc!

Friendly owner and reasonable pricing. Rooms were adequate with fridge and microwave. Our bathroom had no heater or fan and the water had one temperature. Very hot. Even the sink didn’t give cold water.

It was reasonable, but that is all I can say. The sheets were thin, the towels were ratty, the clerk had only been on the job a week and didn't know what he was doing, though he was very nice. The electric heaters blew out the circuits. No blow dryer, two cakes of soap and mildew in the shower. We do not say in fancy hotels, but this one was awful.

We were in town for a barrel race and flea market at the fair grounds, and the Fireside Inn was a great place to be. Inexpensive rooms, great location, friendly staff... we even got a picture in front of the giant palm tree growing through the front desk area! What an experience.

Very kind family living and working at the area you check in and out. Cinderblock walled retro motel room. Frontier living motel accomodations for the price much easier and more pleasant than camping. We stayed after leaving Monterey at 9 en route to Hearst Castle in the early am. A contrast to our destination, for shizzle though for that alone I'd certainly return!
