A perfect afternoon! My husband and I were looking for a fun weekend getaway from Columbus and this hit the just the right note. We visited three wineries and had ample time at each to relax and enjoy the tasting menu. Our tour group included two other couples from the area and a group of women who had met through their children’s high school activities and were getting away from them for the day to get to know each other better. By the end of the day, we had all gotten to know each other better, while still enjoying private time with our respective groups. Our tour guide was informative and jovial and each winery provided some yummy nosh (and one charcuterie board in particular that has inspired me to up my game at home!). We’ve already suggested this adventure to our friends’ adult children as a great second-date surprise, and we’ll be back soon with some good friends in tow!

My friend was in town for fall fun, so we decided to take the Haunted Sandusky Tour. Jim was very personable and a great tour guide, while Donna provided an extremely interesting and revealing look at the spirits who haunt Sandusky. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend for any supernatural enthusiasts in the area.

5 Stars every time! They are incredible hosts and know how to treat their guests. We went on the wine tour and found a couple wineries we hadn't heard of before. Really enjoyed the commentary and the fun Firelands Adventure Tours provides. I would give them 10 out of 10 every time!

We had an amazing time on the haunted tour! We had a very fun group that we were with and the people that worked the tour were awesome! Donna Bretz was so enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge about the haunting of Sandusky! We would definitely recommend this tour and tour company to anyone!

The tour to the Toledo Glass Museum was
excellent! Primo! The best! Our competent guide and driver covered all the bases to make sure everyone was safe, comfortable and happy. The Glass Museum is an awesome adventure—-a must-see destination!

Firelands Adventure Tours provided an excellent guide and driver on their Oct. 14 tour to the Toledo Art Museum. Excellent background information was given on the drive there. The docent, Adele Dahlin gave good information on the art seen in a brief survey of diverse galleries. The docent time was just right- not too much, not too little. Time was given to individual exploration of galleries, to eat at the excellent cafe, and to visit the gift store.

I would recommend this tour ! Six of us took the lighthouse tour. They were prompt in arrival. The bus was comfortable. The information received exceeded what we would have experienced if we had driven ourselves to the 4 lighthouses. Written information was even provided ! At 2 locations they had arranged for locals to provide additional details about the lighthouse.
