This by far was one of our best experiences at Saint George Island (Coastal Exchange). So good we booked it for next year the minute we walked in. Fickling is an amazing rental company to deal with as well. So easy to access the beach with the deck access across the street. Yes it doesn't have a pool but who needs that when you have the ocean. Can't wait to visit next year. Fish cleaning station and outdoor shower were a huge plus. It was also one of the cleanest rentals we have ever been in. Trust me....BOOK IT!

The people who helped us find this cottage were very helpful and our experience signing up and staying was really easy. We loved staying at "Making Waves" for a week. It was on the beach, had an elevator for our older bones, and had four bedrooms that faced the ocean! Also, the pool was great!

I can’t say enough good things about the rental company. Fickling was great to work with and was attentive to our needs. However, I cannot say that our house met our needs for a long term( 1 month) rental. The location was great and so was the view. That being said, the house itself was not a comfortable rental for a long period of time. The furniture in the living room was pretty broken down and the kitchen was in need of decent pots and pans. Altogether an extremely bare bones rental, not even a folding chair for the beach. It would be ok for a short term stay if only interested in an oceanfront location and a place to sleep. But Fickling Company was great to work with.

Awesome! Professional and helpful. Great rental company to work with!! The home, Beach Front Betty, was absolutely perfect!!! The home was decorated beautifully and contained all the amenities. The elevator was great to have, especially for my parents. It was a fabulous stay. Thank you!!!!!

Our recent stay at Southern Charm exceeded our expectations. The house was well laid out, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the beach access was right across the street! We hope to come back to lovely home in the fall.

After having an unexpected change in rental availability, Fickling did a wonderful job making other arrangements for my family!!!! The home we stayed in was accommodating for our needs and very comfortable. Even though we did not end up in the home we originally rented, we were taken care of in an exceptional fashion. Thank you to your hard working and accommodating staff. We have been annual visitors to the Island for over 35 years and this trip was one of the best.

Fickling is Top-Notch!! HIGHLY recommended!!

We had an absolutely amazing week at Sunflower 1! Payment and contract were super easy to take care of via email. All questions were answered quickly. Fickling had acquired the property shortly before our visit, and we were so glad they did! Kim and the rest of the Fickling team took great care to make sure our home was ready for us. Everything was perfect! During our stay we had an after-hours question, and my call went right through to Kim. She stopped by herself to help us! We were impressed with how friendly, personable and professional she was, plus she was super nice to our dog!

A property management company can make or break a vacation, and I can’t imaging booking through anyone else. Fickling is local (SO IMPORTANT!), seems to have an eye for detail, and possesses old-school customer service skills. This trip was to be a one-time splurge, but now we can’t wait to go back! When we are ready, we will definitely stay at a Fickling property, hopefully in Sunflower 1 again!
