We did the Fall Treffen Plus in 2017 and it was beyond our expectations so we signed up and took the 2018 Tuscany tour! On both tours the hotels were excellent, the food was very very good with the wine flowing freely. Our guides (Mark and Ruta in 2017 and Gerald in 2018) were excellent and very entertaining. Driving the mountain passes with the guides ahead and in radio contact was fabulous. The private Villa and winery in Tuscany was excellent but would not take the Florence bus tour again as it was just a giant tourist trap. Overall we can't wait for the 2019 tour information so we can book another Fast Lane Tour!

We attended the 2017 Cuba trip. Itinerary, guide, hotel, cigars, and the cars were great. We did have some issues in the travel and the airport process was not smooth but we all arrived safely and on time.
Peter Sontag, CEO, contacted us after our trip concerning some of the issues. He provided very thoughtful comments and took concrete actions to improve their process, to thank us for traveling with them, and encouraging us to join future trips. Though the trip itself was awesome it somewhat pales to the experience of a CEO personally contacting us and resolving our concerns. We would use this company again.

We are currently considering booking our fifth Fast Lane Travel Tour. Our experiences with the company have been nothing short of a five star experience. Their expertise has enabled us to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany, the thrill of navigating 13 Alpine passes in one trip and viewing the sweeping vistas of the Dolomites from a tiny restaurant atop the mountains...things that would have been difficult to experience on our own. The company's staff has an indepth knowledge of all the areas they visit, enabling them to pick and choose some of the finest hotels and restaurants that we have ever experienced. The drives we have enjoyed have been nothing short of thrilling and breathtaking and having a knowledgeable driver leading a pack of Porsches along some challenging mountain passes and country roads gives you a once in a lifetime experience. If you enjoy challenging driving, fine dining and the opportunity to make some life long friends that share your desire to have once in a lifetime experiences you won't be disappointed.

The 2018 Fall Treffen Plus exceeded all expectations. I have been a Porsche owner and PCA member for most of the years since 1976, and was a Driver's Ed instructor. But nothing in my past was as exciting as driving nine alpine passes and reaching 165 mph on the autobahn. Our accommodations and meals were all absolutely first class, and out host and leader, Peter Sontag, was fabulous. We want to go again next year!

Just completed the French Castle and Wine tour. The hotels, restaurants, activities were all top notch. Our guide Nicolas was very good while herding us cats. I will go with him if he gets a Provence tour that he wants to do in the future. There were some snafus, getting through toll booths was a challenge and an aggravation. I’d like to see that process changed. Guides are herding cats, some at 150 mph, some at only 100. We had TOO MUCH TO EAT but that’s not a complaint. Better too much than too little. Excellent wine expert in Burgundy, Youri of Bourgogne Gold Tours, just an example of excellent choices made by the tour arranger. I won’t get into too much detail but am definitely considering another trip with Fast Lane next year. ALL of our group considering the Tuscany trip. That’s a pretty good vote of confidence.
For the guys out there wondering about the cars, we had new (1000 mi on the odometer) 2018 911 Carrera GTS’s 450 hp Turbo brakes, alcantara and leather with contrast stitching. The car everybody wants.
And it just occurred to me to mention the staff in Florida, quick accurate answers to all your questions, all experienced and focused on the customer, don’t be shy ask and it will be delivered. Tasha, the Customer Engagement Director will take good care of you, make you feel at home.

We were on the Fall Ultimate Tour and their were significant negative issues that should not occur on a trip as expensive as this with a company who has the experience of Fast Lane. We had high expectations as this being an "Ultimate" trip with incredible organization. The issues started with the welcoming dinner at a popular Brauhaus in Stuttgart where there was no reservation for the group and we stood around jet-lagged for a hour plus while they tried to fit us in. The trip schedule changed without explanation from 2 nights at the Park Wegis and The Parkhotel Adler to 3 nights at a 2-3 star hotel outside Lucerne where our room overlooked the parking lot and homes on the hill behind us looked into our window necessitating keeping drapes closed and therefor no cooling on the warm nights. The much acclaimed gourmet food and "cocktail "hours were not up to par with one days fare being the typical breakfast followed by a lunch of potato chips and meager sandwiches then dinner of Bread, Salad, and cheese Fondue. Several people then tried to order meals at the Bar with poor success. Cocktail Hour was Champagne and Beer , try to order a glass of Red wine or Cocktail - sorry need to check with management. The planning of routes was poor with being stuck in Lucerne tunnel traffic as we made our way back to the less then outstanding SeeHotel after driving for the day and n what initially seemed entertaining on our drive over Klausen Pass where we encountered the Annual drive of thousands of cows down the road garbed in elegant flowers. This happens once a year and as I said what was interesting the first couple of times trying to pass these herds of cattle quickly became horrible as our Cars were covered with Cow Poop and we spent most the afternoon in traffic jams. The poor Porsche's. Poor planning on Fast Lanes part. The Visit to the Mulhouse Museum which could of been a 90 minute event lasted all day, total waste of time. The exclusions from the original schedule were numerous including the afternoon in Bellagio with a local guide, the Coffee and Cake stop at Whalen Lake. A Tour of the Mercedes Museum - oops scheduled for a Monday oops the museum is always closed on Mondays. What was highly anticipated as a well organized Ultimate Trip was not delivered. As previously noted no less then 6 couples have sent Peter Sontag a letter asking for an explanation, to date no response. I personally was asked by Peter at the Hotel prior to the Volkfest , "Hows the trip been?" my response was "There have been some issues" , He then said to the effect- If you don't say nice things then do not come to the Volkfest tonight- Wow- that is a heck off way to treat customers. Fast Lane totally missed the mark on this trip and by their lack of response do not seem to care.
