We had an early morning flight and our pilot made the great day even better. Wonderful flight, safe and smooth. The hospitality and champagne ending topped it all off. I would do it again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. 1st we had to contact them to confirm our trip. After contacting them, we were advised we would start 30 mins later than the scheduled time. She stated she would send us instructions on where to meet. She did not until I contacted her again 2 hours before the flight. 2nd the landing was HORRIBLE. The pilot yelled for the ground crew not to grab the basket and they did. This caused us to bounce numerous times making my 5 year old fall and hit her head. The pilot starts to scream at the crew and stated they were new and didn't know what they were doing. I paid for an hour flight and noticed we were in the air for 40 min. I called the company to tell them this and about the landing. They lied and said they did not advertise an hour and that I signed a waiver so if my daughter hit her head it was not on them. She then told me if $800 was a lot of money for me, I shouldn't be taking my kids on hot air balloon rides. I informed her, I wanted what I paid for and she said she could give me $40 back. I said no and she offered me $80. I told her I would dispute the charges on my credit card. She was beyond rude and I recorded the call if she tries to lie about that. She also said the pilot said my daughter did not hit her head. Do not waste your money with them. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and could have seriously injured my child and had no concern for her. She never even asked if she was ok.

This is a ZERO star review. Purchased a sunrise ride for my daughter and her bf for her Bday. They went to the meeting place and no one showed up. This was a paid and confirmed ride. Took multiple calls to the listed number before they picked up and told me the ride was cancelled. Well thanks for letting us know. The “kids” would have been sitting there for who knows how long if we hadn’t checked. What ridiculous customer service!

I hardly ever leave reviews but wow…this was just sad. We were looking forward to a birthday ride and showed up at the correct meeting spot in PS. Waited 10 minutes, checked that we were in the right spot, then waited some more. Finally we called the contact on their website only to be informed by the captain that we would not be flying that day due to windy conditions. I get it. Stuff happens, we can’t control the weather, but they obviously had no intention of calling us! How long would we have had to sit there before just giving up and going home? Ridiculous and would not recommend 🙁

We were on vacation for just a week and my cousin referred us to them. He highly recommended them. When I called they were fully booked as it was a last minute reservation. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate us! We loved every single moment of it! The ride was so relaxing, as well as nice and smooth. The view was just breathtaking!! Our pilot Rusty, was extremely nice and knowledgeable; he kept us informed throughout the entire flight. Answered everyone’s questions with ease. We even got to see my cousins house from up above! The breakfast and champagne toast at the end was the cherry on top. What a great experience! The crew was fantastic and Rusty (our pilot) was friendly and so funny. He made the entire experience so memorable. Highly recommend!

I loved every single moment of it! The ride was nice and smooth. I definitely recommend it. Our pilot Steve was extremely nice and knowledgeable; he kept us informed throughout the entire flight. The champagne toast at the end was the cherry on top. We will be back soon!!

What a great experience! The crew was fantastic and Justin (our pilot) was friendly and funny. He made the entire experience so memorable. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Palm Spring and they added to the memories. We capped off the evening with dinner at their family restaurant. Excellent service, excellent singing, and even better food. If you want to enhance your trip to Palm Springs call Fantasy Balloon Flights.

Basically paid $400 for a 20 minute ride!! Ridiculous! And the ride was kept pretty low the whole time. Not worth it at all 100% do not recommend.
