On 9/22/24, we began our challenging journey as NICU parents. In addition to our 3 year old boy. Those were some of our toughest times during the gift we call Parenthood. 9/30 began our stay at Family House. It is such a wonderful place with amazing people. Everyone was so nice and friendly its a easygoing home felt environment, which made hard times manageable. 11/14 ended our stay and we couldn't be happier. Sending love and Thanks to everyone who runs the facility and keep it in tip top shape! It is such a blessing to have stayed here ✝️ 12/10 would recommend!

My son was in OSF, and I was able to stay at the house while he was at the hospital. Staff and other people staying there were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to sit down at the kitchen table to have meals instead of eating at the hospital cafeteria.

The Family House has been a life saver for me. I live in Ohio and my relatives live 3 hours away so being able to be so close to my Dad while he's in the hospital was God sent. You get your own hotel-style room (private bathroom), they have shared amenities with 3 refrigerators, 2 stoves, microwaves, coffee maker, etc. They provide silverware and dishes. There's always food that has been donated every day. It's very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you are in this type of situation.

Very welcoming and accommodating to families that have a loved one receiving hospital care. Very clean and quiet, has a calming atmosphere. They offer great rates as well. Their accommodations and staff work to reduce unnecessary stressors and expenses during times when families need to be near the hospital.
