I stayed here for the first time last November. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left some clothes behind in the closet (my fault) after I checked out and flew home. Management was quick to let me know that the items were recovered after I departed. They even went out of their way to ship the clothing back to me in Minnesota. A lot of places would not have done this. Top notch service!

The hotel is very very dated. Rooms are average size nothing to write home about. The only thing that really makes it worth it is the guy Stefano who does the breakfast. The one review that gave him a negative is false. He’s very personable and goes out of his way to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. In his short time that he said he’s worked at this hotel you would think he’s been there forever. Wonderful person

Toilet didn't flush. Arrived very late for one night just so we didn't have to drive to the airport for a very early flight. Great way to ruin the little time we spent there. Sink and shower water drained super slow as well so this was not a one room issue, they have to know they have a problem.

Rooms need serious work. Water pressure was fine, and rooms reasonably clean, but updating is needed. I would never stay there by choice, and the guy that does the breakfast is far too familiar and "friendly" with female guests. A definite sleaze vibe from him.

Bathroom toilet ran water and made noise all night. The airport shuttle service is tragic. It never picked me up from the airport and I had pay for an Uber at 4am after waiting 45 minutes. The shuttle was also unreliable and late the following morning.

Here a hair, there a hair, everywhere a hair, hair... Old Fairfield lacks all charm, ei, ei, o.
What an incredible disappointment and poor representation of both the Fairfield brand and Marriott chain, complete with worn and stained carpeting, chipped furniture, broken light fixtures, dirty microwave, marshmallow-like mattresses, and filth everywhere including hairs on the bed, in the sink, on the lamp shades, and elsewhere. My white socks turned gray walking on the room carpeting. And, as a Gold Bonvoy member, my only greeting was for the front desk to ask for ID at check-in. The only plus was Stefano in the breakfast area (though even that lacked yogurt and other offerings I get at other hotels).

Rooms smell musty. They leave the outside fan on all the time and builds up humidity in the rooms. Hotel rooms need updating and attention to details. Cap and hair were not mine😲

hotel has bed bugs switched to a different room and the second room had bed bugs as well! towels are dingy looking the bathtub floor was dirty and had a grayish black tint to it them room and hotel as a whole smells wet and moldy outdated as well. Do your self a favor and book at the double tree down the street switched my hotel and has a wayyy cleaner/nicer hotel! Hotel staff at Fairfield didn’t much care about the bed bugs saying they would have maintenance look at it no apology at all seemed more mad that we were switching hotels! 0/10 would not ever stay here for any reason at all.
