The hotel is the nicest one in the area for sure. Was pleasantly surprised that there was super hot water for showers at any time of day. The room was clean but had s slightly musty smell at first. Biggest complaint is the WiFi was crappy and the tv was unwatchable because it just kept going back to main menu on its own no matter what you tried to watch but all in all a good experience.

We were traveling with my 97 year old father-in-law who is on a walker. When I scheduled our stay, I spoke with Michele about specific needs for him. She was delightful, and when we arrived, she went to the room to make certain that everything was as it should be. The morning we were to leave, storms in the area caused a power outage. We were on the third floor and knew it would be difficult for him. The staff, from the General Manager and Lois, who prepared the food, assisted us in getting him down the stairwell to the ground floor. They asked if we needed further assistance in loading the car. This was amazing; the courtesy and concern was genuine and very much appreciated. Yes, we will certainly stay here when we are in the area.

This facility meets everything I've come to expect for a Fairfield Inn. Sufficiently remotely located beyond the noise of traffic, yet easily accessible. GPS took right to to the property. We needed a clean, quiet place for the night and a good breakfast (missed the bananas, though) and got a courteous staff too!

After a LONG and arduous day of travel (the day after Christmas) we arrived weary and ready to crash at nearly 11:00pm. Juana checked us in quicker than our ability to gather our luggage, and graciously got us in to a cozy, clean room with everything we needed for our stay. I was overjoyed when she made sure I knew I was welcome to complimentary coffee and tea, and a warm cuppa was a soothing way to end the day. Lobby is welcoming, fitness center has everything you need for a great workout. Breakfast is hot with generous hours for enjoying.

very comfortable rooms, the gym is small but has a decent selection of machines free breakfast at 6-10 every morning, be careful when ordering snacks from the front room though, some snacks were expired by around 2 moths, the service from the staff was fantastic though. i would recommend staying here 100% (there’s also a pool but it’s hella cold recently so who’s going to go swimming right now?😂)

My family and I stayed here for a week while evacuating Florida from Hurricane Milton. Super clean room, friendly service, quiet location and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have literally ever had. Soufflés and quiches which were so delicious. And on Saturday they had the classic eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy which was also super yummy. Great pricing for such a nice hotel. ONLY thing I would knock down the rating for would be that the beds were super uncomfortable (for us as least.. my 4 yr old did not care lol) too squishy and you sink into the middle. OH also a plus it’s just right down the hill and you’re in beautiful Guntersville on the lake.

Will definitely stay again though when we’re back in the area!

Rooms are nice and clean, clean showers , friendly day staff. First time at a Marriott hotel, they impressed me.

The afternoon desk manager, Jeff, was PHENOMENAL!!! His hospitality and professionalism was unmatched. This was the BEST Marriott experience we've had in ages! Sunday breakfast included Belgian waffles, home style potatoes, and eggs. The property was clean-- approximately 2 years old. I can't say enough about Jeff's service.
