The property was dirty! Stains on the sheets, the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both dirty and clogged. The chairs had stains on them. The bed pillows were dirty! The rugs had stains. The room smelled like mildew! The showers did not provide hot water and all my showers were cold no matter how long I let them run! I missed my check in and was initially granted a refund since I didn’t occupy the room the first night. And then at the end of the trip I was charged for the same amount I was refunded WITHOUT NOTICE. I had only found out because I called to inquire about the mysterious charge and was informed a mistake was made by granting me a refund although the customer service support initially informed me that I was entitled to it. When I explained to the phone representative that I would like for it to at least be honored since I wasn’t aware, she insisted it was my fault and it was owed to the hotel. Her tone was nasty when communicating with a guest. Upon check-out no one was even at the booth!!! When I had initially checked in I also had to wait 20 mins before someone let me into the hotel and gave me a room key despite being informed someone was on the way to assist. It was a truly horrible experience. I will never stay here again.

This was one of the worst experiences had at a hotel in a long time .My first red flag was you had pay 1.75 to get new towels we were there for 4 days .Then the main reason we chose to stay there to stay there so we could cook our meals . But that was not happening you had pay 39.99 for pots and 19.99 for glasses, bowl , silverware . Most hotel already have all this in the room . Plus your front desk staff needs to be more friendly and more knowledgeable . I would never stay there again.

When I got into the room it was not very clean. I had to request for the removal of a wasp nest more than once after the first time management said they had sprayed. Missing screen on a window with no stoppers? Management stated being agains fire Marshall code.

Aggressive front desk staff when needing to rekey along with constant key entry issues, at random with constant excuses. Weird dialogue when being informed of issues Also constant miscommunication with staff when booking and payment. Very disappointing.

Love this place. Have stayed multiple times and never had any issues. A bit pricey but people need to remember it's an extended stay an not a regular hotel

Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.
This is my second stay here in 2 weeks, 2 different rooms. Both rooms were clean.
Beds are comfortable. Hotel is easy to access from the highway.

I’ve stayed here over 2 years. Lost 2 very near & dear family members and it’s as if i gained more with the staff here. Front desk is always friendly & respectful. Maintenance NEVER slacking. Housekeeping ALWAYS on top of these spotless rooms! All because of the manager Ms. Dana coming early & staying late always one step ahead on THIS property! Long as she here you won’t be disappointed!

I do not recommend this place. It is pretty dirty and there were people sleeping on the concrete outside. Putting rocks by door to keep it open. No staff after 10pm.
No more room amenities, like coffee maker, pots and pans,etc...
