The Manager Mrs, or Ms. Peggy and the Front Desk are A+, Not too mention there service Tech name Danny is on time and great( patients is the virtual). The cleaning service from Tonya the first day I seen the room was Outstanding… Well Recommended hotel nice and quiet stay… Definitely look forward to a longer stay here!!!. Thank u so much

Stayed there in November for a month. Hotel is close to everything and has a lot of parking and its a quiet area. Overall staff was nice, courteous and friendly. A lot of weed heads stay here. Had to put up with people smoking near the entrance and smoking weed in there rooms which was carried by the vents. Roaches started to appear by the second day of staying here. Had to buy Clorox spray and spray the bathroom, kitchen and other areas to keep them away. Cleaning was Fridays, every 2 weeks. The first cleaning service I left $55 in the tip envelope on the table by the tv. My room was never cleaned, only towels had been changed and bed re made, Room was still dirty, she didn't even see the envelope and tip was still in it. The second cleaning was even worse, but bedding was changed and dirty towels were in the tub. I did report both times. Make sure to immediately get someone to look at the room after its clean, I was working and out on the road so not like I could immediately get someone.

The room is ok. I'm just glad that there's no roaches in the room. The only issue I have with Extended Stay is that they no longer provide pots, pans, or utensils. They want you to pay for a "package". The other thing is apparently they don't provide you with body soap, shampoo, or conditioner, which I thought every hotel was required to provide by law. Hell, at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they started charging for toilet paper.

Very much disappointing and misleading. When booking you see a kitchen with coffee maker and toaster and full kitchen. In reality you will not have anything - no coffee maker, no cups or plates, nothing. The kitchen is completely empty. There is no iron in the room, no hairdryer, absolutely nothing. Rooms have moldy smells and cigarette smell in the non-smoking room. When asked to change the room the new room was sprayed with the air freshener before offering us, I don't know what was worse...
