Another example of the award winning cuisine by Robert. This meal, forced upon our military men and women. Their daily food stipend taken for another opportunity to eat this “meal” more accurately described as the south end of a northbound mule.

The term “Exquisite” is defined as extremely beautiful, and typically, delicate.

The only portrayal of beauty is how well the containers still full of this abomination stacked, uneaten, in the trash can.

1st class catering! Robert and his staff catered my wife's 50th Birthday Party on the beach... and we mean the actual beach, on the sand on Hollywood Beach. The food and service were amazing, all our guests kept asking who catered the event. Plentiful and delicious food.. I definitely recommend them and they will be catering any future events that we have.

Hands down the best catering company! From the initial contact Karen was professional and knowledgeable about my needs for my daughters” getting ready breakfast” for the bridal party at her wedding venue at The Collonade Hotel. The delivery went smoothly and the set up so cute, everything was included so I had no worries about anything on this busy day. The most important was that the food was delicious and everyone raved about the breakfast. I will definitely be using exquisite catering for all my future needs.

We got called to an emergency job last minute in Big Spring TX, and catering plans fell through. I was able to get in touch with mike, the day before keeping in mind. He was able to cook us some of the best steaks this side of Texas for a thanksgiving dinner with 12hrs notice. Highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

I have had great experiences in the past with exquisite catering. Unfortunately the person helping me with my order was off today. There is a customer service name Karen who followed up with my order today, her attitude toward customer service was really unpleasant. Hope she treats the other clients in a more respectful and efficient manner
