We booked Explore AZ VIP Black Betty party bus in December 2023, with a deposit 8 months before for a concert event & 2 days before our event we were called & told it was in the shop they could offer the black Mamba & a small adjustment to the fee…. Being so close to the event we agreed. we asked to verify the A/C was in working order for a hot Arizona day & they assured us it was good to go. It was anything but cool, it was sweltering hot, A/C was not working . When we contacted the owner he said “We will definitely look into and address it. Sorry you’re feeling that hot, it should not be that hot for the guests”
The bus was old, dirty & very hot. Feel like we got the old bait & switch… for the fee you pay I would not ever expect that type of service.
On a good note Captain Carlos was amazing chauffeur!! Got us to the event & home safe.

My friends and I had an amazing time on Explore AZ Bus. We did a beautiful Christmas lights tour! Our service was absolutely stellar! The driver was outstanding and really good make the night! I LOVED that I could enjoy some drinks with my friends and explore the city! The atmosphere on the bus was fun and electric! I also loved not having to stress about traffic or parking which made our night even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My friends and I had an amazing time on Explore AZ Bus. Our service was top notch! The driver was friendly and respectful. On time and ready to go! I loved that I could enjoy some drinks with my friends and get our celebration going well before we arrived at our destination. The atmosphere on the bus was fun and having all of my guests in one vehicle was the best! I also loved not having to stress about traffic or parking which made our night even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This was an AWESOME part of our trip! We had a group of 11 and our driver was so attentive and accommodating! Our group didn’t even realize how fast the time went by because we were having so much fun! 10/10 would recommend!

We booked this party bus last minute and I did not regret it! My wife planned a surprise bus for me and she said it was the easiest booking ever. The owners communication was excellent. Carlos, our driver, was incredible! He was playing great music and stopped when we wanted. We will definitely be booking another ride with them again. High recommended!!

Explore Az Bus was such an amazing experience for my wedding night. They are great communicators and accommodating. A lot of guests said the party bus at the end was one of the best parts of the night. Carlos the driver was amazing and was playing the best songs! He was such a vibe. Will definitely be looking into this bus again for my golden birthday this year! It’s a must.

My friends and I had such a fun time on Explore AZ’s party bus! Whether you’re in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s or 50’s, I recommend you give them a shout to help celebrate something special and let loose. An additional bonus is that they are not just your chauffeur, but also your party’s DD for the entire night or day! The owners are nice and the drivers are also pleasant and engaging! I decided to rent a bus with some of my friends to drive around and look at Christmas lights and it was truly amazing!! The inside of the bus was decorated with the perfect Christmas vibe when looking at lights! The driver was so nice and totally just let us go crazy and have the time of our lives while looking at lights! This is definitely a new tradition I cannot wait to do every year!! If you are looking for a new fun way to look at Christmas lights with friends and family I definitely recommend booking here!! 10/10 experience!!
