We worked with Emma Aalders on a last minute 2 week holiday in Greece. She was incredibly helpful and patient while she custom built an itinerary that met our needs. We were very pleased with the 5 star accommodations, excursions and transfers that she helped us with. I highly recommend using Emma for any international travel as there are so many little details that I didn't think about that she handled. Emma also kept in touch during our travel and made sure things were confirmed prior to our arrival. It allowed us to not stress and just relax and enjoy our epic holiday.

I had a great experience with Expedia Cruises. Emma Aalders helped me arrange a Mediterranean cruise followed by a trip to Morocco. She worked with me extensively to build the itinerary, find a great guide, and customize my trip for me. During my trip, she kept in touch to make sure things were going smoothly. There was a major earthquake in Morocco just two days before my arrival there, and she checked with the guide and hotel to make sure continuing there was wise. It all worked out great. I'm already planning my next cruise.

I just recently completed two combined trips with Jane as our host: the first was a cruise on the Seine River from Paris and back, and the second a land tour by bus in Cornwall, England. My late husband and I had done 2 previous River cruises with Jane and I felt comfortable booking more with her. I knew she would keep an eye on me, and she did. I never felt alone. The itinerary was fabulous. Every detail was planned, accommodations were first rate, guide and bus driver in England were terrific, fellow passengers were strangers in the beginning but soon were like family. Our group stayed at a constant 12; some leaving and others coming, a nice size.
Jane does extras. She posted pictures on Facebook of our journey. We could view then or later, and friends and family at home could keep up with us. All great!! I highly recommend Jane and her Expedia company. She knows every aspect of travel and keeps her clients informed. She is a friend.

Jane Shobe tailored a wonderful trip to the UK for our small group. Everything was well thought out, the locations were beautiful, our guide was knowledgeable, sweet, and caring, and we had the best driver who could navigate the narrow country roads beautifully. Jane Shobe of Expedia CSC in Laguna Niguel is experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of travel. She has always been very responsive and quick to provide answers to my travel questions. She is both patient and thorough and does not seem to mind the most mundane and trivial questions my anxious mind produces. She has arranged several trips for me including a Disney cruise for my family of nine, ages one to eighty. All went off without a stumble. In addition, I participated in one trip that Jane organized, arranged and accompanied to France and England. Not only is she fun to be around, but she is quick to anticipate any issues that may arise and handle them smoothly and efficiently. I look forward to working with Jane in the future to arrange all my travels.

Emma Aalders is the most amazing Vacation Consultant. She arranged every single detail of a 26 day vacation through Europe. She was brilliant at organizing travel, events, excursions and bookings that would appeal to myself and my two daughters with completely different interests, ages 20 and 22. She held my hand and was there for me every step of the way. Every hotel, location, and excursion exceeded my expectations. She made sure we were safe and well taken care of. I have memories for a lifetime with my two girls. This experience was absolutely priceless. Emma was able to work with my tight budget and crazy wish list for all three of us. Any time I needed her, she was right there for me ready to respond, even when it was midnight her time. She was great at advising me and guiding me to make the best vacation decisions for me and my girls. Emma is incredibly patient and accommodating, and truly cared about each of our individual desires. She made sure we each got everything we were hoping for out of this trip. Expedia Cruises (Jane Shobe) is, by far, the best of the best! We have only known and been using ECLN and Jane for a couple of years now, but have already booked seven vacations (land and sea) with them/her. Jane is very knowledgeable, listens and has fantastic recommendations. She is always willing to make changes even if it means lengthy hold times with the airlines, etc. Did I mention Jane is quite personable? A true gem!
