There was great customer services provided during our booking for Carnival Horizon cruise trip. They took care of us very well including our needs for our restricted diet. They helped us on saving our dollors on the trip compared to other websites. In fact found great room for us with balcony ocean view at the reduced fees compared to other smaller cabins.

I am booking my next trip to Alaska with them. Highly recommended.

Vik, the owner of this cruise ship center, spent long hours with us over the course of several months to help us find the perfect cruise. Once we zeroed in on the cruise, he helped us every step of the way to ensure our experience would be what we hoped for. Although the cruise is still 6 months away, thanks to Vik, every possible detail is now locked down and all we need to do is pack. Vik was also able to secure a few extra amenities for our cruise that weren't published. His attention to detail, patience and desire to make this experience perfect for us, are traits that will bring us go back to him for all of our trip planning, whether a cruise or a land vacation.
