We just came back from an incredible trip visiting Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper and it was in no small part to your efforts. The staff helping us plan in advance was excellent and our guide Marc was extraordinary. We had a small(ish) group but with a lot of different interests and activity levels and I was surprised by how easily he put together an itinerary (and changed on the fly due to weather conditions or our own needs) to make the trip appealing and memorable for all of us. I was worried about how this trip would work but after spending even just one day with Marc, I was put at ease. We couldn't have asked for a better or nicer guide and again, were just so grateful to have him with us. I highly recommend!
