The conversation with Siddique before you purchase your ticket will be very pleasant, but if any changes are needed, they will speak very rudely and overcharge you. Siddique was charging me 1000 dollars, but when I went to the airline office it was free.

It is not the first time he has addressed me rudely and this is the last time I will be visiting his office. He doesn't seem to respect his customers at all, and it's obvious he doesn't care about them at all

Alhamdolillah performed Hajj 2018 along with my family, my experience with Evia Travel was excellent they have arranged five star hotels at less than five minutes walking distance both at Makkah and Madina providing us opportunity of extra time for prayers at Haram Shareef and Masjid an Nabawi, tents were also very comfortable and food was very good, Mr Siddiqui the proprietor of Evia Travel was available everywhere to facilitate us he has taken individual care of every person.
I am really great full to him and his vigilant team.

Recently Allah subhanallah taala provided me and my family an opportunity to perform umrah. After contacting several travel agencies , I decided to go with Evia travels as their prices(air, hotel and visa) were reasonable. The hotels were excellent as promised, right in front/close to the haram at Makkah and Madina. This close proximity was very helpful. I would recommend all the people who go for Haj or umrah, they should give preference to the location of the hotel especially when travelling with old and kids. I used Evia travels for the first time, the whole staff especially the Manager - Mr.Siddiqui was helpful and very knowledgeable.I'm very satisfied with their service. Inshallah next time I can go confidently with Evia Travels as I have already experienced their service. I would definitely refer them to others as reliable service providers. After coming back, I felt like that I should thank Evia Travels. They're providing a noble service and their services should be commended and acknowledged. Google should ask for proof of purchase from the people who write reviews about a business as I have seen some misleading reviews. I can provide proof of purchase for my umrah package if required by Google. Thank you Evia Travels, may Allah SWT provide me an opportunity to use your services again for Haj or Umrah or for any travel.

My experience with Evia travels for past 17 years has always been pleasant. I've booked all our tickets in the past and at present and never had an issue. Saeeda is the best person to deal with, she always get us the best price/ itinerary as per our travel plan and very quick in response.

I have used Evia Travel on several occasions. The agents there are accessible and quite personable and Faizan is above reproach. I always look forward to being assisted by the agent at Evia as they are quite hands on, flexible and very helpful. The agents have always found cheaper airline prices than what I have found online. This business is the very definition of how a neighborhood business should conduct themselves. I can't recommend this business highly enough...
