She has extensively traveled as well and had been many places I wanted to check out in Greece. She did everything to help ensure a relaxing trip. Unique Experience Recommendations: Her recommendation of Meteroa was something I would have never known about and it was my favorite site in Greece by far!

International Logistics: She was extremely helpful when tackling logistic in a foreign country. Navigating a new place can be the most challenging part of a trip and can derail all kinds of plans. I had a seamless trip because of Katlin's advice on this matter.

Support: Katlin was extremely responsive during the planning of the trip as well as during my travels!!!!

My husband and I used Enlighten Excursions to help us plan our destination wedding (with 50 guests!) to the Hard Rock Riviera Maya in Riviera Maya, Mexico. She helped us choose our resort - I gave her a list of things we were looking for in a resort and she was able to help us narrow down the endless options (and our resort did not disappoint - absolutely amazing). She also booked and coordinated travel and rooms for my husband and I AND for ALL of our 50 guests! In addition, she helped book group excursions in the area, travel to and from the resort, and was even there to help coordinate the wedding planning between myself and the resort wedding coordinator. I booked my girls trip to Costa Rica through Enlightened Excursions in May 2018. My agent, Deirdre, was fantastic!! She was very responsive, patient and kept our group of five informed/organized. Our correspondences via email and telephone were all very prompt. For four days, we stayed at a 5-star resort and spa that was absolutely beautiful. I have been to several countries and our accomodation in Costa Rica was easily the best Ive seen so far. Deirdre booked our flights (although we left from different airports) and our airport transfers to and from the hotel. She also booked our excursions: ATV riding, horsebacking, and volcano hiking. It was all an action packed adventure. Following our trip, I received a follow-up phone call to inquire about how everything went. Thanks to Enlightened Excursions our trip was amazing. Deirdre helped to alleviate a lot of the burden and pressure that comes with planning a big trip. I would highly recommend this travel agency.

I highly recommend Enlighten Excursions! The trip I wanted to take felt very complicated—I was traveling abroad for the first time in decades, going to multiple locations, and trying to coordinate dates with a friend from another country who would be meeting me.
