We stayed at the Rolling Thunder Ranch and was pleasantly surprised by the tropical ambience. The abundant foliage and refreshing pool provided plenty of shelter from the heat and we had a blast playing with all of the inflatables. Evenings were memorable with all of the decorative lighting and our kids really enjoyed hanging around and making s’mores around the fireplace. Lastly, Lisa (the property manager) was fantastic and provided excellent service while being super responsive. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.

We stayed at the stunning Dee Dow Ranch, which was very comfortable for our party of ten. There is a tremendous amount of outdoor space, including a huge heated pool and a tennis court in perfect condition. Very peaceful and quiet, about a 12 minute drive to the center of Ojai. The kitchen is well supplied and there is a BBQ, fire pit, hammocks, games, toys and a play structure for kids... a great experience all around. Enchanted Vacation Rentals was very quick to respond to all questions during our stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Sycamore House on Oriole Street for the month of March. A much-needed escape from LA found us in this charming suburban neighborhood surrounded by orange groves. We walked to town every day (a 15 minute stroll along tree-lined streets); picked oranges in the back yard (3 citrus trees in full bloom this March); and did a ton of game nights at the kitchen table, grilling on the back patio, and leisurely strolls up Gridley road to smell all the sweet orange blossoms. Good size yard. Quiet street. Great wifi. An absolute dream.

We rented from Lisa for a long term stay this summer and had an incredible experience. The home was wonderful, absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The home was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. It had great sunlight and bathrooms in every room. There was an amazing outdoor area, with a lawn and heated pool and spa. The location is great and only minutes from town - you can walk or bike to the Main Street easily. We also liked the fresh fruit from the garden and had oranges and grapefruits that we enjoyed during our stay. Whenever we had an issue, Lisa took care of it right away and her communication with us was excellent. We would absolutely recommend working with Lisa to anyone we know and plan to use her again when we rent again in the future.

We had a lovely stay over the week between Christmas and New Years. The homes were wonderful and perfectly suited for our multi-generational family. Spectacular views of the ocean, channel islands and surrounding valley. Great hikes around the property for walks of all types and a relatively easy drive to other hikes and activities in the Ojai valley. Property manager Lisa was a pleasure to work with and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

We held a weekend writers retreat at the Johnny Cash Ranch. It was absolutely perfect! There were lots of different places to comfortably hang out and the decor was amazing. We had the pool heated and Saturday night everyone swam until late at night. They also got someone to come in and do a sound bath which was wonderful. Love Lisa and the whole team — so easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend!

Rolling Thunder Ranch! This house is extraordinary and has a lot of character. With all the amenities it includes, you are fully covered for relaxing, having fun, and everything in between - everything! You are nestled up in the mountains but feel like it's a tropical paradise. Perfect for large groups and between the tiki hut, lots and lots of firewood for the two fireplaces, heated pool, games, jacuzzi, you have no reason to leave the house. We loved it. We will be coming back to this place, and the communication with Lisa was superb. Easy, fast communication, and anything we needed was attended to promptly. You can not go wrong at Rolling thunder, and Lisa from Enchanted vacation rentals will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable.

We stayed at "House Among the Oaks" and it was truly a magical experience. The house is set on 2 acres with trees and a large grassy area on one side with a big wind chime where we often saw deer and other forest creatures scampering through. On the other side of the house is a big pool and deck where we could lounge on our floats and forget about the world. Just down the road we found some wonderful hiking trails.....we had everything at the house we needed to be able to spread out and get some much needed R & R.The perfect Ojai retreat! Lisa was absolutely wonderful and saw to our every need. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to be comfy cozy and we even made some wonderful dinners. Definitely created some lifetime memories at "House Among the Oaks".....can't wait to come back!
