Yolanda Williams (VP of Operations) was referred by a church member. I reached out to Yolanda Williams and she was selected to be the travel agent for the trip planned well in advance (22 months). While planning the trip Yolanda was attentive to details of the trip. During the trip, which was attended by company representatives, Yolanda did wait for me while an incident occurred at the MBJ airport; however, she did ignore me on the what's app group chat during the trip and has ignored my request via email, sent after we returned from the trip.

Follow through is important to a business fulfilling their duties. As word of mouth is your best marketing. It is my prerogative Yolanda has missed out on future business based upon how she handled the Jamaica 2022 Birthday Celebration.

Absolute worse service ever...felt like a scam. How does the travel agents enjoy themselves to the fullest, while the paying members are all complaining about their accommodations.
Where are the reviews....only see one (1) review with a rating of five(5). Sorry for this truthful review, I promoted this service to several others before doing this research and I'm forever sorry for that.
